VC front reset did not work, due to Ground Cable being disconnected, see next video of it working

Why did you change the vcfront? I have a problem on my Tesla model 3, the cameras, autopilot and the navigation have stopped working, Tesla have said its the car computer that needs replacing, but another person on a forum advised me it could be the VCFRONT, do you have any ideas?
