I love that you tried vegan food! Just remember the point of it is not to “fool you” into thinking it is meat or to be an identical replacement. Just take it for what it is :) it’s delicious
The only critism I have is that Indonesia is 3000 miles wide and has over 15.000 islands and all travel-vloggers visit is Bali and vicinity.. Such a pity! There are so many very different cultures to explore! Kalimantan, Sumatra, Java, Papua New Guinee, etc. etc.
Became a subscriber a few months ago and last week I officially finished watching your entire collection of travel vlogs. Now I am going through withdrawals because I got used to binge watching a string of new (to me) clips everyday. Feels odd now to watch only one!

A new place which I’ve become actually obsessed with is Pizza Cult in Ubud. Amazing food, great service, such a cute venue and really affordable. Also a great place to bring your laptop and work from.

My favorite Bali food is Bebek - the crispy duck with sambal matah!
OMG! You guys will love Sri Lanka! Please go surfing, beach hopping, have a lot of gelatos, eat a lot of curry and rice! If you plan to take the train, please do advance bookings from the station. Also, go to a supermarket and grab some amazing snacks (they have these potato biscuits that are crazy!!!) Also, taste some pickles if you like :D

Is Bali safe to travel after covid19... Im planning to visit on June!!!!
My wife had gone there in Jan-Feb 2020 when COVID was prevalent in those areas and surrounding countries, she had relaxed fun and a good time. Plane travel and airports are something to keep in mind, she flew from India and had an 8-hour layover in Malaysia so social distancing in those places was a challenge.

For Indonesian vegans and vegetarians, fake meat don't really do for our palate. That's because veggies are so abundant, very cheap and often considered a lowly food. Chickens are also really abundant and considered a poor man's meat. So Indonesian vegans here are really committed to vegetables like "you better get me real veg" kind of commitment.
