Now when I see this scene I see so much of male dominance and arrogance …. Dragging her the way he did … like she is some animal !!! Not cool . It’s not like he ddnt know how an arranged marriage set up works and how little say a woman with no financial Independence from a joint family has . I used to love this character earlier …. Now I see it with a different light …. Of course later he becomes sensitive to her …. But this scene and the first night scene wherein he doesn’t think her consent in love making matters show a little bit of male privilege for sure

Wrong, she ruined his life, he already expressed to her he cant tolerate lie, there is nothing male dominance in this. She hurted him emotionally so much, she broke him, why aren't you taking about that? Is it your Female Ego!!!! Emotional torture he went through is nothing for you? What do you expect a man to be, hurt him emotionally, break him and if he does something like in this scene then curse him of male dominance? Understand his situation, he didnt kick her, he didnt slap her, he didnt pulled her with hair.. he took her out of the house forcefully... but few people will look at this as male dominance, totally ignoring his feelings and thoughts. Modern feminism is a scam, stay away from it and come to reality... The resilience that Ajay's displayed is beyond imagination, his character is so gentle.. as per me his role is best in the movie.. you keep crying on feminism.

Literally my mother when watched this movie she said me that why did he has to give her those letters after the marriage 😂😂😂
Just because he asked her doesnt mean that she will feel comfortable/safe revealing the truth, he could react violently, she is living in his house, she has no independence or external support to take that kind of risk, its easy for him to be blinded by his heart break and not understand why she did the only thing she could do. He later realised and things improved.
If she loves someone, she should have courage to deny marrying someone else at first place. And now if she agreed to marry then she should accept him.

This movie was ridiculous! Made me so angry. She was literally killing herself and dying to be with her love but then stayed with her husband over her true love. Made me throw up! There was no point in all of it if she was going to be a major flake.

No. It has a moral. She was dying to be with her love but the fact that her beloved was not dying that enough to be with her and made no effort to be in touch with her opened her eyes to see that her husband was doing everything to make her happy and this is exactly the definition of true love.
