Discovering Alan Watts in my early 20's led me to Ouspensky you and Gurdjieff. It has been a lifelong study I will always be grateful for. Thank you for this.
thanks very much, i have been on a journey with Gurdjieff and Watts for a number of years now...coming from a back ground of Catholicism and flowing into the Tao really...Spinoza and Gurdjieff and Watts AND Jung and my therapist to turn me onto these men. LOL- each day we learn. blessings to YOU my friend.
Angela, what happen? You were so enthusiastic about Spinoza and the ideas of improving your understanding. Please take a look at Spinoza lesson 1, 2, 3, and 4. That may stimulate your desire and begin again. Looking forward hearing from you. WayofSpinoza.com

@@lewisalmeida3495 Thank you ,that's very kind, though I meant my head space is in survival mode right now,'autistic rages' are rulleing my life right now!, I can't sleep,am stressed to hell with worry. But i will be sure to check out that material on your site.
@@Angela-qb6mo Sorry to hear that, life challenges are overwhelming. Do your best, remember that you and everyone else do not have freewill. Write in a journal your feelings and emotions and the events that trigger you. Worry is imagining the worse, put in effort and apply your mind.
+truBador2 Maybe you did not really listen to what was being said. What was being said concerned knowing yourself ... your emotions, your thoughts, your physical actions; and how to overcome the real difficulty we all face, of dealing with those, of accepting anything new from the real world. Dealing with our selves with purpose - the deceptively simple-to-state purpose of producing new responses to the world that can make for a happier life. Could you accept the posibility that your comment above might have served a different definite purpose, the purpose of deflecting your mind from evaluating what was being said? We all fear confronting self-knowledge, or fear the effort required to get anywhere near this.

Thank you
Spinoza and Gurdjieff have given great guidance and wisdom. WayofSpinoza.com
Perfect example of over intellectualization. Einstein said that his God was Spinoza's because they are both Jews.

Spinoza was excommunicated changed his name and dismantled the Torah, you need to intellectualize a little more.
