discrimination highlights the discriminator's stupidity more than anyone else's.
have to say the interviewer ( though well-intentioned) comes off as intrusive, especially when visiting the interviewee's home. straightaway and picking up his cats, barely any good questions, seems very rushed and ill-prepared.
