Dry Chilli Chicken
Heat Some Oil
Add Chopped Garlic, Chilli, Corriander Leaves
Cook On High Flame
Next Add, Dice Cut Onion, Tomato, Capsicum
Cook For 1-2 Minute
Mix Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder
Pour It & Cook For Another 2-3 Minutes
Switch Off The Flame
Marinate Boneless Chicken With Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder, Soy Sauce, Corn Flour
Mix Them Well
Shallow Fry Them On Medium Flame (Each Side 3-4 Minutes)
Pour It Over Cook Sauce
Add 1 Tsp Sugar
Mix Them Well
Serve Hot With Fried Rice
