Just purchased this case. I like it but the camera button is weird. You’ve got to give it a some love to get it to open the camera app, but nit as much to get it to take the photo or video. Kind of odd but for a charging case I do like it.
I heard this hurts your overall health of the battery since it’s constantly charging the phone even at 100%, how has your experience been with your battery health?
skyllerkyller it doesn’t. That’s why it’s a smart battery case. Apple has it working with iOS to manage charging in a way that is healthy for it unlike 3rd party battery cases
No, the graph does not show you are plugged into power charging. This acts as an extension of the battery. This is another reason why it is different than your standard 3rd party battery case. Other battery cases are as if you were plugged into a charger. Smart battery case is as if your iPhone had an extra battery inside the device.
jaja rule I got the 11 pro max case for my xs max, the volume button is little bit over size but it works perfectly, plus it has a camera button and slightly bigger battery and 11pro max battery case’s black looks better than the xs Max’s black.
The doesn’t actually charge your phone, your iPhone will use the case battery first & when the case dies iOS switches back to the internal battery in your phone.
designed by apple for apple lol it wont mess with the battery health of ur phone . your battery will only worsen on its own or if u use 3rd party product’s for ur phone like fast chargers and etc
iPhone 11 Pro devices do have great battery life this year. Definitely improved over the XS/XS Max models. This is just an extension of battery if you need it.

I use a Samsung S10+ but I still love watching iphone/Apple tech videos.

Not sure what's going on with the color grading of the video but the case is light grey in the video instead of black/dark grey line in real life
I think it looks more gray than black similar to the video. Might have thrown off the colors when editing but I hardly color grade my videos lol
So Apple doesn’t want to improve their battery life but instead charge u for a case that will do it! Clever!
