    We can use baking soda in the place of baking powder when their is an acidic ingredient present in the cakee

    Yea we can replays baking powder with baking soda but to react we to add lemon juice to baking soda and it will react like baking powder

    no we cant replace baking powder with soda becoz it will give a bitter taste to recipe which will gonna destroy the sweetness of cake and biscuits

    you can use baking powder, at three times what the recipe calls for. So if a recipe calls for one teaspoon of baking soda, you can use three teaspoons of baking powder.
