It’s balanced well and the aim assist nerf was needed badly. “I’m a controller player” sniper main and now you get rewarded for being good with an aggressive sniper. Now they need to buff a couple ars/ lmg to compete and the game will feel really good. At least bots aren’t nonstop sniping me off 30 pace everyday now lol
I main three snipers and one marksman rifle, the mors, xrk stalker, mcpr 300, and the kar 98 I am insanely good with all four so to be honest I can’t say for sure since I love all four weapons equally so I think the nerf was fine
It still needs another nerf. It should only have max 60m head shot range. It shouldn't have more range than the xrk stalker or any sniper rifle since it's a marksman rifle.
No way. The XRK, has better range, 2 shots anywhere on the body and rechambers faster than the Kar98K with the fast bolt, so you have a higher rate of fire as well.. The Kar98 aims down sight faster, so the initial shot is quicker, but it is worse in every other metric.
If anything buff the Stalker to have higher if not infinite range. Bring it up to 120m. The Kar really doesn't need more nerfs or it will just never be used again
I have honestly found more success with the Kar after the aim assist nerfs. I'm more of a drag/quick scope sniper and having less outside input of what I'm doing seems to work better for me

i dont understand the flow of you P.R.D.s. When I use it, it need like 3 seconds to make me fly, i fly half the speed you're flying up, and when I cancel it it need like 1 and half seconds to get off it and i can shoot normally
The nerf was necessary I believe, I’m still mopping with it and I’m on controller, they needed to take that aim assist down a few notches on it for sure
Honestly I'm ready for all the snipers to be nerfed into the ground. They don't beat me 1v1 they just mess up my fights from 100+ meters away and shoot me in the leg while I'm fighting somone close range. Didn’t feel a difference today. Dropped 18 today with it (for the first half of the game, I drop my sniper on second loadout)
The bullet velocity/drop is the hardest to re-learn. Feels bugged even on stationary headshots at times

Honestly the biggest issue for me is the fact the scopes are off centred alot
Facts. If you look closely, you can see that the lazer and the center of the scope are misaligned. Lazer is the correct centering btw
