    I literally listened to this and paused it every minute or two to write down my understanding of what they're discussing. This is really interesting

    Aubrey-Sativa opens my consciousness, which scared the hell out of me, then thrilled me which set a spark and lit a fire inside me that requires me to become more so that I can do the work that my challenging life and higher consciousness have been stealthily preparing me for. Mismanagement of sativa or engaging in behavior detrimental to that purpose actually physically hurts, as it should, and as I learn to listen my pain vanishes. In this way I'm learning, slowly, to make the greater purpose choice every single chance I get and let the universe sort out the rest. Much love and thank you sincerely for sharing.

    Bro it hurts me to hear you talk about your gains in such a useless way! Here is a list of useful points for your gains!
    1: Finding an attractive mate
    2:Protecting yourself from people and accidents
    3: Avoiding bone degeneration as you age
    4: Lifting things and helping weaker people
    5: Mental and emotional health improvements from post workout brain chemical release
    6: The extra stillness you get after a hard as fuck workout
    :)

      brandon smith lol okay keyword warrior Sounds like you need to read the book 10 more times and meditate for at least 5 years then come back a bit calmer and write a response

      Liana Lei okay Guru please teach me your ways to reach enlightenment because my comment had nothing to do with saying meditation was the only way nor did I even consider enlightenment - please go back to your euphoria 5d peaceful state and enlighten the world with peace instead of reacting to my shitty opinion on his book

    why Ryan Holiday always wearing so ugly shirts ?

  • @rustic35
    @rustic35 5 лет назад +1

    From what I can tell, these guys don't understand the eastern philosophy. No one is telling you to walk away from your family and live in a cave. Other traditions do teach meditation. The bible speaks about fasting and meditation. The stoics point toward meditation. These guys sound like they're full of shit and just trying to sell mediocre books for lazy people.
    It's really not hard to include meditation into a western lifestyle. They make it sound like it's simmering difficult. Sounds more like he/they couldn't do it so, it must be useless.
    These guys are still just chasing egoic quests. End of the day, this guy is about making himself money. My books this, my books that. Quality outweighs quantity. Maybe if he spent more time writing one quality book, he'd achieve more than slapping together 40 books. Can't get back that 20 minutes. 🤣

    • @TheLianalei
      @TheLianalei 5 лет назад +1

      rustic35 - hope you are happy airing your thoughts on what you think these guys are really up to. It is my opinion that there is nothing wrong if someone makes money writing on what they believe can help others, even if what they are writing is not really new knowledge. Everyone has a different way of learning or listening should I say. So if Ryan Holiday has a following that can hear what he has to say and be empower by his books or lectures I would say more power to him. I think you would agree if you were these guys you would like to be paid too for the time and work on putting something you believe in out there. Thank you for hearing me out.

    • @rustic35
      @rustic35 5 лет назад

      @@TheLianalei I never said you can't make money, especially if it's taking up your work time. I still disagree with some of what they're interpreting or preaching. The point is, one well written book is more beneficent than 40 mediocre books. One book provides the knowledge and the income to recover costs and earn some money. Forty books are just revenue raising.

    • @rustic35
      @rustic35 5 лет назад

      @@TheLianalei BTW, body language says a lot about a person.
