      میں ڈرنکس نہیں لے سکتی ریگولر، کچھ دنوں میں دانے نکل آتے ہیں چھرے پہ۔۔شاید گرم تاثیر ہونے کی وجہ سے،، جبکہ پہلے دانےکبھی نہیں نکلے،، کھانا بھی بھت کھا لیتی ہوں بےبی فیڈ کی وجہ سے بھی بھوک لگتی ہے،،، ویٹ+75 ہے، پلیز کوئی سلوشن بتا دیں 60kg تک کیسے ہوسکتی ہوں،، ایکسرسائز زیادہ نہیں کرسکتی گھٹنوں میں درد رہتا ہے۔۔۔ please help me
