@@HomeschoolArcade I'm interesting and I'm so exciting about job in botany field.I'm waiting for job in USA.but I don't know how to get job in foreign..
You should’ve called fungi specialists mycologists & ferns lack seeds but have spores, great for beginners to learn about. I love the message keep spreading our seed of intelligence. Botanists are amazing!
Hey y'all, VRA Fam member here. Good explanation, you definitely covered the bases, however, I started having flashbacks of the pop quizzes in my Plant Taxonomy class. Keep up the good work. 👍
Okay so I’m really getting interested in botany. I’m studying herbalism right now but want to take my studies farther. I mainly want to be able to identify plants and herbs and research them. But I mostly want to be able to study where did they originate from is it man made or a natural wild plant. Study it’s genetics and it’s effect on our body. And test it’s ph and everything etc. Is this field a good idea for me?
Do I need to pursue a degree or something to become well educated in this field? My original major is Mathematics.. I suppose plants.. flowers.. Botany.. its come recently as a surprise interest... I wish to become better in it.
I have colleges I want to attend to do botany class at Millersville University and take geography and I want to take plant science at Clemson University and take Travel and tourism. As I want to see where I can complete my studies in.
@@HomeschoolArcade thanks but I am still in a community college earning credits to transfer to Millersville then years later Clemson idk about a masters if that is what I should do as for a botanist I do know a bachelors and PhD is required
@@HomeschoolArcade That would be awesome. I have had this idea that the Jolly Green Giant doesn't leave footprints or make the ground shake when he walks as the 55 foot giant he is because his root system or "shoes" cushion his weight. I don't know if this is accurate. I did come up with another idea that The Jolly Green Giant self pollinated himself to make Sprout.
@@DeidaraTheSweet Lol, or perhaps Sprout comes from plant cutting? The Jolly Green Giant puts a bit of himself in the earth and their pops out Sprout! Great for growing a family or becoming an invasive species of plant life.
@@HomeschoolArcade That sounds probable, however wouldn't Sprout be a copy of The Jolly Green Giant with his R.N.A. ? How would Botanist break down his R.N.A from his D.N.A. ?
@@DeidaraTheSweet Your right. They would share identical genomes. Perhaps JGG named him Sprout as a social construct, or perhaps he was grafted. But as you said, selfpollination makes a lot of sense as well.
Yes, that area of study is called aquatic botany. More specifically it would be marine botany for oceans, or freshwater botany for bodies of freshwater. Thanks for your question, and we hope this was helpful.
We can't speak for each country or region (wish we could). A good deal of this depends on the demand for people to fill those roles. In the United States, since there is a decent amount of competition in these, it is not required but strongly recommended to get additional certification to out compete others for the jobs.

A worthy goal! Hope you are blessed in the endeavor!

I just want to grow weed and grow the best
Grew up picking traditional medicines with my uncle and was always interested in the medical properties we could be farming
That is really cool. Are there any you particularly remember?

Hey Angel Gardner! It sounds incredibly interesting. I have seen some interesting articles on crop genetics and its impact on our food supply.
@FREE - PEACE I like botany because i like studying herbs and plants and food and their orgins and ph balance and benefits to humans basically.
Sounds like Dr sebi
Oh my gosh, you have helped me so much, keep making more videos because it's really helpful.😊😊😊

Please Sir can I use BSC in Botany to study medicine and surgery in USA since botany is a branch in biology?
I'm looking my career as botanist. My masters degree is in botany
Fantastic Gill!
Could a Botanist be a doctor for the Jolly Green Giant and his son sprout?
I think so. They could use corn husks for bandaids and medical wraps.

Hello, I got a bachelor's degree in botany. I would like to know what jobs I can work in
Let's see...a few are mentioned in the video as well as Biotechnologist, Florist, Plant Geneticists, Field Botanist, and Naturalist.
Check the 2:00 mark on the video as well. Thank you!
Nice
My life goal is to live in Saint George Utah being a conservation botanist
That's a great goal! Work hard and make it happen! Blessings!
