Our 300th Video!! Creating a giant white cow as a large piece of semi relief wall art for a commercial kitchen classroom in Amsterdam. Commissioned by Piet Boon Studio. Carved from polystyrene, with a blanket coat of glass fibre and worked up to a good finish, and painted.

Just wanted to congr-ungulate you on an-udder great video! How many layers of fibreglass did you end up using (i.e how many ounce)?
This wasn't going to be touched by the public, and we wanted to keep it as lightweight as possible. So there was a maximum of about 3 ounces over the entire body. And a little extra thickness around the edges.
It's actually a Bull, but still cool.
Please, what product do you use on the raw sculpted polystyrene to display outdoors ?

Weird question; how do you get all the styrofoam beads and scraps off of you? As in once Aden’s carved the block by hand, he’s then covered in foam pieces. how do you get them off?

Only person to notice so far! Although female cows can have horns too. And udders are only naturally larger when pregnant or have given birth. So this could be either male or female. And is just a generic cattle animal

Sometimes projects are created aaaages ago, and we're either not allowed to release the content to the public yet, or the client hasn't sent us finished shots yet. So with this project, we've been waiting for finished images. Now you can see why we still have a few videos uploaded but not public, they're either content that cant be released yet, or we haven't got finished shots
