I went through the same thing being tired sleepy but it’s because they diagnosed me with thyroids. but thank God I’m doing better just recently I started feeling better. She notice that after her period she will feel sluggish and she also would feel pressure in her ovaries. It turned she did had something.

I got pregnant with an iud , sadly it was an ectopic pregnancy… the pregnancy was formed in my fallobian tube im just happy im alive , if it were to rupture i would’ve bleed internally

I got pregnant with an IuD in position, so crazy my baby was only 9 months old and I was exclusively breastfeeding. Now my babies are 16.5 and 15 - 2 girls ❤❤ but I’m glad they’re that close they best friend now.
Take care of yourself self go work and go get a massage to relax I know how u feel u have a 3and4 year old there year apart I go sleep when they do they wake early at 6

My sister did and it was because her iud moved and she didnt know and lost her baby at months thats how she realized it happened 😢
