Dude! You gotta wear ear protection when you do a job like this everyday! Seriously! Those machines are noisy and constant. I am half deaf at age 46 from working under exhaust hoods in industrial kitchens for over 20 years. It’s not like you have to constantly be conversing with colleagues when you do this job compared to being a chef. Wear earplugs whenever you can !!!
I was thinking it had to be pretty loud in there too. Ear protection all the way. I would get some noise-cancelling headphones meant for industrial use, so I can still listen to music or whatever, but without damaging my hearing.
He’s wearing it. AirPods have noise cancellation.
@@hillarygd1126 Passive and active noise reduction are both ear protection. Airpods use ANR, so, yup, it's ear protection. They also offer some PNR, though not as good as sealed headphones. While it won't protect you as well from sudden transient noise (like explosions) it does reduce the volume of sounds hitting your eardrums from constant sounds like machinery. But hey, erring on the side of caution isn't typically a bad thing.
@@hillarygd1126 damn it! You are not suppose to accept someone's explanation and then say thank you. Argue and say they are wrong and you know better! What, is this your 1st day on the internet? /s
@@steveot76 or accept that you were wrong and move on? that seems like a real miserable way of living
I LOVED hearing that their business is growing.
When he said last year they had around 5 rugs now they did 19 rugs I was so happy...
They deserve all the business they get , such professionals , what a classy family and glad to see Ethan finding his way lol
Absolutely agree! I only wish they were in my state because I would definitely use them!
Yes!!!
I thought he meant that without all the new equipment they'd been getting they were only able to do 5 a day, but either way, they are great at what they do and business is booming!
@@alextirrellRI That's part of it, but there's also the context that the shag customer came to them after the first cleaner didn't do a satisfactory job to do it right that says they're probably getting more customers and the new equipment is helping them keep up with the higher demand.
Yaaaaasss you can say that 3 times sis
Watching those chairs get cleaned was very satisfying.
Those chairs were disgusting too. Somebody does not appreciate what they have been blessed with. Those are some beautiful chairs, once the the clean team got ahold of them.

RUclips is such a fantastic platform for discovering what businesses really do. Before, I would just think "oh they just clean rugs and carpets, what's so special about that?" but now I realize there's quite a process in cleaning something like that to not only make it look nice, but safe. Big ups to this channel.
Nice rugs have to be maintained like this, and by people who know what they're doing. Fortunately you only have to have large rugs cleaned every couple of years, but I'll bet you anything that shag rug had gone a loooong time without a proper cleaning. The amount of dirt hidden in that thing was... yikes.
@@leighreinhart6185 My parents might have some rugs from when I was a kid. I might see if I can coax them into letting me have them, assuming they're still around. Might have to get em repaired due to the decade of being under the dinner table and chair legs catching on the edges and ripping. Who knows.
Carlo is getting so tall! The shag rug was so disgustingly satisfying.
Oh my gosh was thinking same thing but I was really thinking Kamen (so probably butchering his name had matured , my goodness such handsome men ..
I know the owners were happy seeing their rug get a good cleaning
@@kristinholsapple2587 i was just thinking that....so cool to see him grow up...puberty is hitting his voice is deeper
The previous cleaner obviously doesn't take pride in their work. Good to see some hard working young men who don't quit till the job is done right.
Honestly I get the feeling they were totally overwhelmed by how filthy it was. Probably lacked the equipment to do it properly :)
If you actually listen and not assume out of your ass It’s not that do not take pride in there work only reason is because didn’t have right equipment for a shag rug and miles and the company are more advanced have heavy duty equipment. There is absolutely nothing wrong with companies asking another doesn’t lack pride or anything goes to show that companies really do network with each other and aren’t afraid of asking for help.

@@jrodsixteen1009 re-listen 10:30 to 10:37 :)
@@antarachatterjee4299 I was agreeing with the original comment and correcting awesomeness :) that they had assumed the company sub contracted out the work to them. Indeed Miles mentions that the customer was unhappy with the original company’s work and then took the rug to them. In the clip you just reference he is just grateful that they do indeed have the correct heavy duty equipment to get the job done.
All the dirt that came out of that rug, I’m surprised that they didn’t find vegetables growing.
Underrated comment 🤣🤣

Shag rugs are something else to clean. Amazing that the customer had already had it cleaned by someone else before you guys. Goes to show that Advanced Cleaning Systems really are an advanced team. Lots of industrial equipment to do a thorough job. Great work. The dirtier the better.....😂
I had one, we got rid of it after a while, 😂 super horrible to clean, we had to wait for a sunny day to clean it or it wouldn’t dry and is freaking heavy too!

I hope that person got their money back that didn't look like it had been cleaned before
I agree!
My grandparents had shag carpet throughout their whole house when I was a kid. I remember when they re-did all of the flooring in their house. The floor people took the carpet from the great room outside. They had a portable version of that shaker. They got almost $20 in change out of it. My sister and I took that money and went to the movies with it.
Cool story💚💚💚
😂
"They actually had it cleaned before"
Honestly, the way that water looked you could've fooled me, holy... Big yikes on that thing. Amazing work, though I feel bad you had to pick up someone else's slack!

Watching this makes me realize why I ended up working at H&M for so long. I like making things neat and clean. I wish I would have taken a profession in cleaning, I would have definitely been living my best life right now
Janitors and cleaning company's are always hiring...but if you asked them if they are living their best life? They would probably say "Cleaning skid marks out of toilet bowls and piss splash backs was not the plan for my life"...But to each is own and who am I to judge 😉
never too late! start your own biz
Glad to see y’all back. Hope your arm is healing well!!!
I wanna see how that rug came out 😊
I once had a shag rug and cleaning it was a bear! I have a lot of animals so my rugs get dirty quick. Once, I was cleaning the shag rug I had and found like big ole piece of pine cone stuck down in it and you could not see it! This was like my second pass over it with my thrift store extractor. I shy away from shag rugs now. Things around here get dirty fast and there is no way I could afford to have someone do it for me. Since finding your channel and some auto detail channels, it has been a total game changer on how I clean floors and upholstery. I’ve used the techniques I’ve seen y’all use and find a way to implement with what I have at home. The pump sprayer, is like my best friend. 😂 I just walk around spraying down everything. I don’t have a CRB but I do have a scrubby broom and that is it’s sole purpose. The Bissell Crosswave is good but it was never designed to clean a barn 😂. But that method will take down the red Georgia clay that the pig, people and dogs bring in.
I love that your business is a family business!
A whole pine cone 😂😂😂
@@stephanieh3776 well, one of the barb like things that make up a pine cone but it was like a half inch long and I was like, how the hell? You know you don’t vacuum enough when…..😂😂😂
The Crosswave is VERY light duty in terms of cleaning any type of fabric. I love mine for how well it does my tile floors, and it’s a nice spot cleaner for rugs but I would never trust it to really clean my carpet.
Oh my gosh, has Kaymon ever sprouted up! I swear the last time I saw him on a video he was like a foot shorter! He must be sleeping in fertilizer, haha!
Oh my god I was thinking , how he must be starting his maturity phase, he is turning into one handsome man
I came here to say the same thing!!
And his voice has completely changed. We know it something that happens to everyone but it's still crazy not seeing someone for awhile then seeing the change.
when you turn on the centrifuge, it sounds like a singing siren from the ocean or somethin'. beautiful, eerie.

We enjoy watching your channel mostly because you have such a strong Family. You should thank your Dad for teaching you a good work ethic and you passing it on to the younger members of your Family. I appreciate him because my Dad was the same way, and then I've passed it on to my Sons. Best of luck.

You all do such fine work. I always enjoy how you bring life back to what you clean.
Is there any way you can show us how much dirt the rug beater collects ? Thanks 🙏
Ummm I would be asking for a refund from wherever they got that shag rug “cleaned” before! That was still absolutely filthy!
I agree!
And they have video proof that the other company didn't do "jack sh-t" to clean it!!!
I would also be giving them Advance cleaning systems RUclips link, to show them how to properly clean rugs.
these are always so satisfying
This is why I don't like rugs and prefer mopping my floors instead.
Same here, or just using a rug that I can wash on my own
In India carpets are for elite classes that can afford a dozen servants and all. We all like our floor barren. We clean it and keep rolling the whole day. And we sweep and mop the next day again.
In some houses people sweep and mop twice a day.
