Where does the expansion vessel go and the PRV tundish??

I have purchased Ariston water twice and have never used safety valve. Is that fine or there is any risk ?

You missed the part where you have to also fit control valve ,prv amd expansion vessel

From my point of view that isn't that much necessary, attaching a drain hose would be useful only in case of pressure relief.
Mine is not connected to ground wire, just the main two wires. Is it ok?
You need to add the earth wire, it's a fundamental safety step, find a local technician to manage that.
