Love the question and answer to accidentally including an off plan ingredient in the 30 days (Dairy or sugar in a few sips of Starbucks). My husband has confirmed celiac and we know there is always a risk in eating / drinking out. I am doing this whole 30 to determine specifically if dairy or gluten flare my eczema or joint pain. I love the more love than tough Melissa!

Q- I am on day 10 following strictly, but is it possible to feel like you are gaining weight? I have severe spinal stenosis and I am on a lot or med. Also, I’ve had a double lung transplant, so I am on cyclosporine and prednisone, which are not good for weight.
