If you've never heard of the Sri Lankan delicacy hoppers you are missing out. To those that don't know what they are or why they're so good, I'll do my best to explain it to you - but a shout out to the Hopper Man: the unofficial superheroes of your function or party.

they used to do good ones at The Palms Blackburn Road, Mount Wave - I say used to coz that place changed owners and went backwards fast (we were regulars before that) and is now for sale again sadly...
