If you want a 2ss 1le in the 16-18 body style then you are limited to only 2018’s. The 1le package wasn’t available until 2017. In 2017, it only came as a 1ss 1le. 2018 was the first year of the 2ss 1le.
Que I've had my 2022 SS 1LE for just over a year now. She turned 3000 miles last weekend. Man, I tell you what I love that car. I ordered Satin Steele Metallic with a 6SM. That tremec short throw shifter is the best manual shifter I've ever driven. The ZL1 is a beast but at $20.000.00 over what I paid for my car and 630 hp it was a little bit out of my league. I feel my 1LE has the right blend for me. Hopefully we'll see you in another SS 1LE soon always enjoyed the content.

I recently purchased a rapid blue 2023 1ss and I love my car, I wanted a 2ss 1LE but the deal I got on my 1ss I couldn't walk away from. Instead I have a deposit on a new 2ss 1le. Last few weeks I’ve been on the fence about it but your comments about the 2ss 1le being the perfect camaro have made me excited again! I always wondered if the zl1 was too much power on the street and according to you it is.

what is the good price for 2SS 1LE right now ? I would like to order , but is now a good time to buy 2ss or should i wait? I bought my brand new Camaro blue V6 1LE with black rims, sunroof, brembo brake pads, RS package. They ask for 36,000, I was able to bargain with the dealer up to 31,750. I turn around every time I get out of the car, it sunk into my soul, and after 3 years of operation, I want to buy a 2SS at the end of the Camaro era. But prices have changed so much that I don’t know when to buy, and whether prices will drop.
The prices seem pretty high right now. They’re all over the place new and used. You won’t be guaranteed to get an allocation on the 2024 because a lot of 2023 orders weren’t filled. And they’ll stop production in January for the 2024

I actually dont like the sunroof in the camaros when i ordered my 2023 2ss 1LE I had the sunroof option originally and ended up taking it away once i seen one with the roof open
EXCELLENT Take man!!! I like the all around Everything my 19 2SS 1LE offers. 6sp manual, brembo brakes, NPP Exhaust, V8 power, the thing is a true sportscar...not a muscle car. It HANDLES better than it is fast....and it is Fast too! I dont mind the 19 front end. It is unique and looks fine to me. Why all the hate on these front ends when there is so much to like. I got the Red Hot 1LE. Get an oil catch can on that thing with the direct injection. Keep those valves clean. 😊 Enjoy!!
I had a 17' 1LE for a couple of years. I had to sell it because both of my other daily's were having issues so I ended up making this my daily. With the gas prices as high as they were $5/gallon I had to get rid of it. I've been looking at ZL1's the past month but I think I may get another SS 1LE.
Oh 4 got to tell you I’m up grading my 2022 LT1. To a shark 🦈 skin metallic 2023 SS 1LE in the next two weeks it arrives ! Can’t wait super excited 😊wanted to get the 2024 collectors, edition, camaro, and SS1LE but my dealer said it’s slim and none to get one now
Knew you'd be back! lol...SUch a great platform. Love my 2017 2SS 6M. The 1LE would be nice, mainly for the appearance of it. But I do love the magnaride on mine. Personally, I thought they really botched the 2019 refresh when it came out. As the years have gone on, the 2019 has become my preference. It's nothing drastic, but I like the bowtie location. That car in the video, 2019 2SS 1LE in White/Black is fantastic...
I figured at this point the Camaro is my favorite. Some people love the 2019. I just couldn’t stand them after seeing how good the 2018 was. The 2020 grew on me
My kids are grown-really grown- and are 6’1” 6’3” and 6’6”. I can fit two in my Camaro. 6’6” son upfront, 6’1” daughter sits sideways in the back. Probably a crime against humanity, but it works in a pinch! 😂

@@QueTheChaotic yeah, my dealer called me the first week of May with a 2023 allocation or wait on the 2024, I asked was there any discounts on the 2024 and they stated there will be none at all, so I’m waiting on my 2023 to be delivered at the end of the month. Q you need to get back in a Camaro for sure. Just get you a 2020 and up 2SS 1LE. I’m like you, I keep wanting to upgrade to a ZL1 but every time I drive my 21 SS 1LE I think na this is all I need it’s perfect on the street.
I would consider it if there’s enough interest and it doesn’t kill me financially lol. I love the M5 and RS5 but they don’t have a manual that I love so much. We’ll see.
If you're not tracking your call all the time I feel the 1LE package is a waste of money. 99% of everyone who owns a SS is getting it for straight line speed and it's proven that the 1LE package is a touch slower at the strip. Alcantara wears faster than the leather and harder to keep clean. I do like the black hood and wickerbill spoiler. Great video though!!
I’ve had a ZL1 a 1ss and now a 2023 2ss 1le. I really wanted a 1le car and since I do daily this car I thought the zl1 1le was a very rough ride especially having two kids. I do have a procharger from my 21 1ss I have been contemplating putting on the 1le but I do track my car so not sure. The visibility in these Camaros are pretty poor so having the blind spot monitoring, and the rear view mirror camera really helps. You know you want the 1le!
Do you miss the ZL1? I also have a 2023 2SS 1le and feel I made a huge mistake. I had a 16 1ss and honestly I was ready for more power but settled for the 1le. The SS 1le just feels slow and underpowered to me. I wish GM had given it a bump in power versus the SS because the chassis is that good.
@maziyarebrahimi997 Do you track your 1le? I go about once a month. I’m usually the fastest car when I go. I get what your saying about wanting more power but then you run into traction issues. Stock I have gone 3.9 0-60 which is pretty fast. My fastest in my ZL1 was 3.8. you can easily get 500 to the wheels with heads, cam and a tune. I feel like going NA for the track is better than a supercharged motor. I tried the procharger and couldn’t get any traction from a dig. It gets equally as frustrating when you can’t put the power down. You bought one hell of a car. It is so underrated. Until you blow the doors off everyone at the track.
@@chrismaddox1634 I tracked my last 6th Gen but haven’t tracked the 1le yet. First track day is this upcoming June. I only track 3-5 times a year so lately I’ve been debating getting a highway monster versus a car that’s the complete package. If I was at the track more I’m sure I’d like the car but I realized I like cars that make brutal power and I enjoy wrestling with the car to get it to go straight. It just feels more lively to me that way versus the drama free acceleration of a stock 1le. A heads cam SS 1le sounds like an awesome car but I can’t commit to doing that unless I know I’m keeping the car a long long time. The other thing is I’ve seen too many issues with LTX cars once they get modded so that also keeps me from going heads cam.
@maziyarebrahimi997 Yeah I had a zr1 and that was the fastest acceleration that I’ve ever felt. I do wish I could get that in the Camaro. You should test drive the ZL1 you might want to buy something different. To me I didn’t really notice a big difference in power. It feels like a heavier car too. The c6 zo6 or zr1 is an awesome car if you don’t want to do mods. The zl1 was underwhelming to be honest
Also man you always gotta crap on the flowtie front end lol but as long as you accent the black front in a way like this white one did with the black accents it's 100% fine to me. But man one of my bros flew up to Lansing, Michigan and bought a ZL1 and came down with it to Bama Friday and he let me drive it. I understand that that much HP is overkill but the sound and the supercharger is insane. I gotta get me one now but I'd want to get a good price for sellin' my SS. And then the guy that had his ZL1 previously put 305s for the front tires too. Traction was crazy cuz on the interstate was both scared to push it past 120 cuz we could feel and see the car start to veer even in the straights. But I love the sound and he had the stock exhaust with NPP and it sounds insane in track mode. I was tryin' to save for house but I gotta get me a ZL1.
I ruined the sound of my supercharger with the exhaust I had. I drowned it out. It was great before the exhaust. I thought about keeping those remarks to myself because I know you and others like them. I’ll see what they’re willing to do on a trade

Start off at 62k though and the most desirable package is another $10k on top of that, and you still need to pay extra for everything that should be included already, like wireless charging, heated steering wheel, heads up display, etc

I 100% agree with you. The SS 1LE is a perfect blend. I enjoyed it more than my ZL1. The ZL1 was too powerful for me to enjoy as a daily

I think you made a great choice. The two are very close performance wise within speed limits. The SS 1LE will even feel lighter

FYI - The camera lighting looks pretty good in the cabin. No sunroof needed.
Once I tint the windshield it would be a little darker. But it would be 55%. My camera was struggling to see in front of me at noon

@@QueTheChaotic yeah, my dealer called me the first week of May with a 2023 allocation or wait on the 2024, I asked was there any discounts on the 2024 and they stated there will be none at all, so I’m waiting on my 2023 to be delivered at the end of the month. I’ll send you a pic when it gets here. It’s a rare spec.

Sold my 2020 1SS and got a black zl1 2023 now ive ordered a zl1 2024 riptide blue but thinking of getting the 2ss 1le instead
It’s enough car to have tons of fun in. For me at least.
If you're not tracking your call all the time I feel the 1LE package is a waste of money. 99% of everyone who owns a SS is getting it for straight line speed and it's proven that the 1LE package is a touch slower at the strip. Alcantara wears faster than the leather and harder to keep clean. I do like the black hood and wickerbill spoiler. Great video though!!

I’ve had a ZL1 a 1ss and now a 2023 2ss 1le. I really wanted a 1le car and since I do daily this car I thought the zl1 1le was a very rough ride especially having two kids. I do have a procharger from my 21 1ss I have been contemplating putting on the 1le but I do track my car so not sure. The visibility in these Camaros are pretty poor so having the blind spot monitoring, and the rear view mirror camera really helps. You know you want the 1le!

Do you miss the ZL1? I also have a 2023 2SS 1le and feel I made a huge mistake. I had a 16 1ss and honestly I was ready for more power but settled for the 1le. The SS 1le just feels slow and underpowered to me. I wish GM had given it a bump in power versus the SS because the chassis is that good.
@maziyarebrahimi997 Do you track your 1le? I go about once a month. I’m usually the fastest car when I go. I get what your saying about wanting more power but then you run into traction issues. Stock I have gone 3.9 0-60 which is pretty fast. My fastest in my ZL1 was 3.8. you can easily get 500 to the wheels with heads, cam and a tune. I feel like going NA for the track is better than a supercharged motor. I tried the procharger and couldn’t get any traction from a dig. It gets equally as frustrating when you can’t put the power down. You bought one hell of a car. It is so underrated. Until you blow the doors off everyone at the track.
@@chrismaddox1634 I tracked my last 6th Gen but haven’t tracked the 1le yet. First track day is this upcoming June. I only track 3-5 times a year so lately I’ve been debating getting a highway monster versus a car that’s the complete package. If I was at the track more I’m sure I’d like the car but I realized I like cars that make brutal power and I enjoy wrestling with the car to get it to go straight. It just feels more lively to me that way versus the drama free acceleration of a stock 1le.
A heads cam SS 1le sounds like an awesome car but I can’t commit to doing that unless I know I’m keeping the car a long long time. The other thing is I’ve seen too many issues with LTX cars once they get modded so that also keeps me from going heads cam.
@maziyarebrahimi997 Yeah I had a zr1 and that was the fastest acceleration that I’ve ever felt. I do wish I could get that in the Camaro. You should test drive the ZL1 you might want to buy something different. To me I didn’t really notice a big difference in power. It feels like a heavier car too. The c6 zo6 or zr1 is an awesome car if you don’t want to do mods. The zl1 was underwhelming to be honest

Also man you always gotta crap on the flowtie front end lol but as long as you accent the black front in a way like this white one did with the black accents it's 100% fine to me. But man one of my bros flew up to Lansing, Michigan and bought a ZL1 and came down with it to Bama Friday and he let me drive it. I understand that that much HP is overkill but the sound and the supercharger is insane. I gotta get me one now but I'd want to get a good price for sellin' my SS. And then the guy that had his ZL1 previously put 305s for the front tires too. Traction was crazy cuz on the interstate was both scared to push it past 120 cuz we could feel and see the car start to veer even in the straights. But I love the sound and he had the stock exhaust with NPP and it sounds insane in track mode. I was tryin' to save for house but I gotta get me a ZL1.
I ruined the sound of my supercharger with the exhaust I had. I drowned it out. It was great before the exhaust. I thought about keeping those remarks to myself because I know you and others like them. I’ll see what they’re willing to do on a trade
@@QueTheChaotic Yeah it is tough to hear the supercharger and we was discussing the exhaust and the conclusion we came to was to leave it as is. I did like the sound of your exhaust but I didn't realize you was tradin' that for the supercharger whine. It is a beast tho and thanks!

Start off at 62k though and the most desirable package is another $10k on top of that, and you still need to pay extra for everything that should be included already, like wireless charging, heated steering wheel, heads up display, etc
