Seriously Jeyganesh? What size did you look at? Did you book there? It is positioned as an affordable project and priced. But you are right, compared to Casagrand Platinum that is located nearby and give you a 1119 sqft 2BHK for 40 Lakhs, the 783 sqft you get at Santhosham for 38 Lakhs is quite low. Many customers like you must be doing a similar comparison. Hope the builder realises this.
