So happy I got to meet you man. I'm also really happy my buddies clip got into the video. He was the King who said "the line is a reference to the loading screens."
I ended up in the same clip lol, I'm the tall guy in black with the long hair. I didn't get to meet him though, funny enough. To think if I had just turned around. I was too busy making friends at the time lol.
@@theneodjgaming I remember you! Glad you got to meet him, must have been dope! That line was killer though, huh? Took us almost the whole first day to get into the general store.
My husband and I got VIP specifically because we both have pretty bad social anxiety and needed a space we could retreat to if either of us felt overwhelmed. It honestly made a big difference and helped us enjoy ourselves way more. Especially since I was nervous about how busy it would be this year because of the TV show.
This was a really cool experience. Getting to see and meet a bunch of Fallout fans was a lot of fun. Was also really cool to meet you as well. Hope I can make it again next year, it's awesome to see this event grow and grow every year
Thanks for being so wonderful when I got to meet ya man! I felt like a superstar when ya yelled my name out from across the patio! Lookim forward to next year
Noo Mantis... WE love ya!!! 🎉❤ Awesome video full of awesome people, much love & I'll do my best to come out next year!!! But happy to see thee event grow more each year!
This was our first time in Las Vegas and Goodsprings, and we couldn’t be happier to have met you and so many awesome cosplayers and fans! It’s incredible to see such a strong community for these games. I think you’re right about the event-improvements with lines and spreading out the activities in the town could really enhance things and help alleviate the dense crowds. Overall this event was one of our biggest highlights for our visit to Nevada. Thanks for always shining a light on this event, man (that's what brought us out there in the first place)-you’re doing amazing work! :)
7:44 Thats me and my buddy behind you there! I'm the tall guy in black. We were waiting in that line genuinely until after dark. I think a total of 5 hours or so, maybe longer I couldnt tell. Those guys to my right helped make the time pass very quickly though. Made fast friends out of them and sang our hearts out with the crowd. I had brought a little speaker so we took requests and made it a sing along. Even though waiting in that line took up basically our whole first day, I wouldn't trade the experience for anything else. I had an absolute blast. Everyone was so nice, and it felt awesome to be a part of a community as dope as this one. I'm going back next year, and this time with a whole squad instead of just a duo. The funny thing is though, I went there wanting to meet you and was so caught up making friends that I didnt just turn around. Only found out you meandered through the crowd just now seeing myself there. Kinda trippy, especially since you lost so much footage. Theres always next year, I really hope to meet you next time around!
I really have to thank you for promoting this event. I didn't get the chance to go to the first one and I was sick for the second one. I had such a blast this time. I loved meeting all the people! Can't wait for next year!
i absolutely ADORE that this is still happening and people are passionate about it, hope to make it one day edit: except that guy who tried to fight you, eff that guy lmaoooo
Hey, that's me at 0:36! I'm the guy in the middle with the gray head scarf behind the Petoria flag (and also 24:18 walking behind the bikes). Nice to see you three years in a row, Mantis! I was only able to stay on Saturday for a few hours, but I had a phenomenal time. I still have my Cards Against Humanity box with your sticker on the box (wished I remembered to bring it with me! 😅)
Hey! I see me at 15:18 talking to OML! Agree on your takes, especially on the VIP area. We sat there on Saturday, mostly because my wife is pretty introverted lol. But I feel like we did miss out on a lot of the fun. We sat at the very front table so we could talk to folks that passed by, but a big chunk of this takes place outside of the bar area. Sunday we got out and about a lot more and had a much more rewarding time. Good seeing you again!
I’m from Australia so I’m highly unlikely I’d be able to attend anytime really but as an enthusiast, I’d happily spend on the guys shop knowing he does it out of love for the game. He deserves the best praise
Its cool I made the thumbnail image, I was surprised I came away with 2nd place in the contest. Thanks for uploading some video of it. Looking forward to next year see you there.
Hello, this is the guy who set up the game table at the beginning of the video with Benny. I plan on making a game table every year for now on and making both unofficial tournaments and customs board games, along with hopefully working with Ryan (Benny) in the future can't wait for next year.
The one thing that really threw me off was having different wristbands for different days. Like they didn’t mention it the first day when getting the first one and I was first in line to the General Store the second morning. But I didn’t know I needed a different color wristband, so I had to go get a new one and go to the back of the line for the store. Which sucked because I was having to hobble around on a crutch, lol.
love your content brother; it's so awesome that you cover this in depth especially for those who can't make it there -- sorry to hear you had to deal with that one dude, when you get this many people together there's bound to be some goofy mf who tries to ruin the vibe and i respect the way you handled it -- cheers!
I had such a great time! Maybe each VIP should get a few comp tickets that lets them bring in guests for an hour or so. So there's not the yelling through a partition. I'm also hoping they put up a Bounty Board for people to leave notes or Quests, as without cell service I wasn't able to find most of the people I intended to link up with.
Such a great time! Everyone I interacted with was very positive and I even kept in contact with a few. This is year two for me and I plan on coming next year as well. The waiting times for food and drinks were perfectly reasonable this time. I had each drink within 5 mins of waiting in line and my food was ready in about 10 mins. Part of me fears the event will outgrow the venue if it keeps growing each year. I do not know how to fix this as it would not feel the same at all being hosted at a convention center or other such place.
With the next season of fallout tv show taking place in vegas, the producers should include this place and event in the show! And probably make u guys as extras npc on the show 😊
Good springs and the pioneer saloon is becoming increasingly popular in the valley, mostly due to the expanding of city limits making the location closer to people's houses. I do think that this event brings notoriety to the location and they make money during the rest of the year. You can go on a random day and there will be people there
I was the pre-war house with the cigarette! You did an excellent job hosting that costume contest man, the whole event was such a great time. It was my first time actually going to any fallout themed event, it was surreal in the best way possible. See ya next year dude!
My only issue is making sure people KNOW what the lines are for. If there is that big of a line for the store thats great, as long as everyone knows its just the line for the store haha
I really wish I made it to FNV day before FOTV came out Now when I finally do make it, I have to be mature and get over myself around ppl that like something I don't 😮💨
So feel free to correct me but I heard that this year visitors are just that MANY so hence why we always getting lines and crowd in every ear? I think a demand such as yours could lead to the establishment of private tent leasing or other semi permanent building.
This was a really cool experience. Getting to see and meet a bunch of Fallout fans was a lot of fun. Was also really cool to meet you as well. Hope I can make it again next year, it's awesome to see this event grow and grow every year

Did this visit make you wish for a nuclear winter Tk Mantis? Cool video, love the content as always!
I missed the end of the costume contest, so I'm glad Klein won. There was a rumor going around it was Fantastic!
This was a great time and it was great to meet you! I really hope they can move the date next year.

That seems like such a fun event! Thanks for sharing your take. Hope I can make it there someday.
Thanks for the close up of my bikes at 24:15
Glad to see you again this year! Already looking forward to next year's festivities! And yes, the VIP pass was ABSOLUTELY worth it!

I remember you telling me about that guy who wanted to fight.. So strange...
Anyway glad to see you again for a third year in a row!.

They let me sneak back in line with my new wristband. But agreed that was frustrating. Maybe bring a doctors note next time for easy access!
Man I’m jealous lol this looks like fun
Wow. I wanna go🥲
Man! This event is getting bigger every year, please keep it going and growing! 🤘😎
I live in germany and I would love to visit one day.. this looks like a dream come true

13k visitors to such a remote place is crazy, shows how passionate we are about NV
10:00 At least we know hes not the "Mr. House" type lol
Going next year already booked hotel.anyone that wants to stay should book now

tell the saloon to be ready for fallout season 2 people will be there for the hype!
Looks like it was fun! Yeah, some improvements to make but it's more or less dealing with growing pains as it becomes more popular ;)

so it's just the line the People have Trouble with?
