As he mentioned, on the Home Depot or Ace (or pick your favorite) sites, find a 40W Appliance bulb and then read the questions/answers. Usually you will see a description, picture or product expert comment that confirms if the bulb is rated for ovens (very important) - some are only rated for refrigerator/freezers or lighting on top of a stove.
