Ben Kinnear and Mike Paddock, elite detectives from Melbourne’s Zero Tolerance Unit, are thrust into chaos after a freak accident involving a dead magistrate makes headlines, demoting them to regular uniformed duties. However, when Ben uncovers a suspicious connection between the incident and the shady dealings of a casino boss they’ve long been investigating, he and Mike realize the corruption runs deeper than they thought-within their own department. Unable to ignore the truth, they decide to take matters into their own hands, risking everything to expose the rot at the heart of the police force.
