When the collection first started out, I wasn’t expecting SPD to be getting so much love from Hasbro as they are! I’m really happy with how it is all coming out! For sure looking forward to finishing both A and B Squad when they release (and when Yellow gets revealed to finish the main team). For sure one of my top 5 seasons. As well as that, this was a great video. As always! I really enjoy it when you’re able to get your hands on the newest LC stuff and making all of these cool photos and shorts with them! It’s honestly really awesome to see!
I find it funny that we once again have an evil ranger team completed before their heroic counterparts are done. Of course, it's easy to finish a team when you don't intend to release them all at retail.
I’m definitely getting Carlos and Bridge. I didn’t realize that “Z” the Yellow SPD Ranger is the only one left to finish the main cast of Rangers. Awesome
I was wondering why nearly every figure gets effects pieces, alt heads AND weapons when Hasbro is known to be super cheap, and then I realized. They basically only have to use 1 or 2 different molds for nearly every figure. It must save them a TON of money that they can bother it be a bit generous.
Hasbro is really showing they know the brand with this new team. 2 packs that actually make sense? Going all out and giving us a completed A-Squad team? Doing Scorpina? All good moves. And we still have wave 10 in the fall. Plus, I am sure we will see SDCC stuff. Wave 9 looks to be a great wave, can't wait for my pre-orders to ship. The head sculpts are getting better. The Tenga Warrior looks amazing and comes with so much stuff. I don't see how anyone can look at the Lightning Collection and not be thrilled with what is coming out.
some people will always find a way to complain about anything. just because it's not exactly what they wanted then everything sucks & when they do get what they wanted they will find something about it to complain about lol. can't please everyone & do not need to please everyone. Metalic Aisha looks like she did in the movie and the two pack version like she did in the show. I think it is great that she got multiple heads and that they reflect different parts of the series.
4:21 we ARE a 2 pack away and a play set away from having a full set of season 1's Palace bad guys. I'm referring to a two pack of squatt and Baboo. And a Fenster playset with his monster machine
Fun fact: I was reading the Mook book for Zyuranger, and they had a Finster's Lab playset in Japan back in 1992 where you could make clay monsters and putties via molds! We had toys like creepy crawlies and the Terminator 2 exo skeleton skin...thing...what the hell was that called again? Anyways, long story short, super bummed that we never got that in the states.
The Tenga Warrior figure looks great. I have always liked them on the show and movie. I also really glad we are getting Scorpina, and hope they'll do the entire MMPR villain cast.
The detail and accessoires on the Tenga Warrior is phenomenal, though the best figure out of this wave personally has to be Kai (LG blue). As for the new announcements, the A-squad rangers aren't in my interest, but the 2-packs and the Andros figure look very promising, also for the future where they'll hopefully release more special figures, like maybe a Dimitria (since Turbo has been hinted at)?
In the Original it was call Tengu from the Movie Line. Finally all the SPD A-Squad Figures but I wish they came with their Human Heads too. Glad we now have a Scorpina Figure but I wish she had her Monster Form too.

I’ve been watching your toy hunt clogs for these figures, and I am so happy that you finally found them!! Because Walmart and Target suck sometimes when it comes to finding these figures. But I’m happy that you finally found them. I also love in PA and it’s been hard to find the basic figures as well as the lightning collection
THANK YOU! These videos don't need to be 30 minutes long, who finds that interesting?!? And when you show the line's first figure, it's the same thing for every figure after that which uses the same body. It's a different color, but the articulation's the same. Why go over it again and again? I don't get it. It's so easy to look at the figure and see what it does, which we also demonstrate in the B-roll and the animation. You probably don't realize how much I appreciate this comment! :)

Can't have everything all at once. Every character is somebody's favorite, but we'd all be crazy-broke if they released thousands of characters at $20+ a piece all on the same day. Hasbro started making figures and never stopped. As one team gets completed, they move on to the next. Turbo was teased today too. They'll get to everything.

If I had a rocking chair I'd being muttering to myself "Just me in the midwest not seeing Wave 9 in my Targets, sure be good to have wave 9 in my targets,........and some cherry pie but then I'm trying to cutback". The A Squad stuff is an example of something I would be thrilled by individually but when they are together I need to possess them. This Aisha head is yet another weird trend. It's like on one hand, Hasbro can have a vague reference and then two weeks later it's almost one to one it hurts. Like whoever did this head needs to just handle all this. It was pretty easy getting the squad today. While I do have it split up among websites, Pink and Green haven't sold out yet. Green sold out for an hour or two but it's back in stock now. So right now you can get everything announced today on Pulse. I actually think this batch of figures might be better then blue. In that all the silver parts are either painted silver or use the marbled silver/gold plastic you see on Marvel legends. Nothing is straight grey. Also the visor lining is silver vs white. August/September is going to be a heavy month. I think I have like 20 figures dropping then. Assuming more isn't announced.
I’m really excited to see the new Lightning Collection figures that they’ve revealed, makes me really hope soon they make figures of S.P.D. Yellow, Nova Ranger and Kat Ranger to complete that team since they’re completing A-Squad. It would be really cool if they even made a figure of Boom as the Orange Ranger from that dream XD
It’s frustrating how this toy line is so good, it’s making me rethink my figuarts. Like I might buy the equivalent Rangers in the lightning collection even though I already have a few figuarts and that would be so wasteful (like SPD green). But that LG blue! Definitely getting that. I haven’t been so pumped for a LC release since Magna Defender. Not because of LG (it was definitely a good season) but because these are such great versions of less represented Rangers
I love mixing up the bandai vehicles with the PRLC figures. Do you think the Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue Speeder (the sidecar) that attaches to the Lightspeed Cycle will a PRLC figure? I am hoping yes since the PRLG Jet Jammers fit the PRLC Galaxy figures.
My only issue with the ASquad figures is that they corrected the detailing on the helmets to be silver rather than the white of the Space helmets. Wouldn’t be an issue, except that blue now has white detailing while the rest of the team has silver. Guess I’ll be cracking out my brush and paints. I’m really hoping someone does a sticker for the SPD morphers so we can correct all of the oddball ones. Maybe BD15 or someone.

Was not a Tenga fan but that is an impressive figure and heavier than expected. I actually dropped it when pick up off peg. Both vs. Packs will be on my get list.
Oh, this wave really rules, that Tenga is *awesome*. Getting Bridge is good too, another step closer to filling out all of SPD... Which brings me to the point that it's kinda hilarious to me that we're getting all of A-Squad before B-Squad. The rest of the reveals are good too, Scopina especially, but... I'm not super crazy about TJ being stuck in a two-pack, or that Andros figure. Psycho Silver and undercover Andros are *cool*, they're just not super exciting is all.
Yeah, sometimes it's really hard to find things on Amazon, for whatever reason. Our KIT really is a good resource. Every single figure is listed chronologically. (Some go out of stock/up in price over time, but, still there either way)
Well with Psycho Silver, the only Lightning Collection figures left on my wish list are; a Thunder Ranger 2 pack, and Dark Ranger(I really want that Deathryuger suit in figure forms).
The only figures I really have are a few of the mmpr ones. I never really followed after season 2 of turbo but those head sculpts look fantastic on the new figures. Kinda make me want to get them anyways.
I just bought the Andros/Astronema pack this week at Warminster Gamestop! it was on Clearance! Which Target did you go to? Warrington? Did you see another Carlos there? I think I'm gonna Collect the whole Space Team for now
Metallic Armor Aisha looks like even Hasbro's artists struggled with her braids. The normal two-pack Aisha seems to be from season 2 when her hair was shorter; just after her debut, but before she got it braided circa. The Movie. I like that one more since it no doubt looks like her. (Now we need regular versions of Kat, Adam, & Rocky...) SPD is almost complete!? I gotta catch up...sucks they never did a solo release of Omega with the Adult Sam head (and they probably won't do Nova or Dr. Kat Manx/Kat Ranger at all), and it also sucks that they never did a solo release of Sky (I didn't care about A Squad Blue, so I ignored the two-pack...guess that was a mistake). So I have Jack & Syd, still need Sky, Bridge, Doggie, & Sam...and all that's left is Z. And I'm way behind on MMPR, too. Oh, well. So is the Tenga supposed to be the Season 3 version or The Movie version?
When they release a full A-Squad, characters from the comics, and undercover Andros, that's not when you say "they'll probably never do rangers on the show." That's when you say, "Wow, anything at all could happen in this line!" Right?
@MMPRtoys did you know there was a song from Gokaiger called Gokai Zenkai Dash? You see what I'm saying? Basically, 10 years ago there were already leaks about Zenkaiger. Could there be other easter eggs from past Super Sentai that could potentially be leading to something about future seasons?

Which brings me to the point that it's kinda hilarious to me that we're getting all of A-Squad before B-Squad. The rest of the reveals are good too, Scopina especially, but... I'm not super crazy about TJ being stuck in a two-pack, or that Andros figure.
Psycho Silver and undercover Andros are *cool*, they're just not super exciting is all.

Yeah, sometimes it's really hard to find things on Amazon, for whatever reason. Our KIT really is a good resource. Every single figure is listed chronologically. (Some go out of stock/up in price over time, but, still there either way)
Well with Psycho Silver, the only Lightning Collection figures left on my wish list are; a Thunder Ranger 2 pack, and Dark Ranger(I really want that Deathryuger suit in figure forms).
The only figures I really have are a few of the mmpr ones. I never really followed after season 2 of turbo but those head sculpts look fantastic on the new figures. Kinda make me want to get them anyways.
I just bought the Andros/Astronema pack this week at Warminster Gamestop! it was on Clearance! Which Target did you go to? Warrington? Did you see another Carlos there? I think I'm gonna Collect the whole Space Team for now
Predicted that Psycho Silver would come with a Zhane head 😆 but thought they would pack him with Silver Ranger to have a Silver 2 pack

Weird, the first 3 completed teams are MMPR, Psycho rangers, and A-squad. Next closest are SPD, in space, and Beast Morphers

Hey bud! I was wondering if you keep the boxes and if so, how do you store the empty boxes? I want to keep them but I don't have space to do so.
Metallic Armor Aisha looks like even Hasbro's artists struggled with her braids. The normal two-pack Aisha seems to be from season 2 when her hair was shorter; just after her debut, but before she got it braided circa. The Movie. I like that one more since it no doubt looks like her. (Now we need regular versions of Kat, Adam, & Rocky...)
SPD is almost complete!? I gotta catch up...sucks they never did a solo release of Omega with the Adult Sam head (and they probably won't do Nova or Dr. Kat Manx/Kat Ranger at all), and it also sucks that they never did a solo release of Sky (I didn't care about A Squad Blue, so I ignored the two-pack...guess that was a mistake). So I have Jack & Syd, still need Sky, Bridge, Doggie, & Sam...and all that's left is Z.
And I'm way behind on MMPR, too. Oh, well. So is the Tenga supposed to be the Season 3 version or The Movie version?
When they release a full A-Squad, characters from the comics, and undercover Andros, that's not when you say "they'll probably never do rangers on the show." That's when you say, "Wow, anything at all could happen in this line!" Right?

@MMPRtoys did you know there was a song from Gokaiger called Gokai Zenkai Dash? You see what I'm saying? Basically, 10 years ago there were already leaks about Zenkaiger. Could there be other easter eggs from past Super Sentai that could potentially be leading to something about future seasons?
Glad that you didn’t make the Tenga Sing Bruno ( that would have been weird plus I don’t want to know what their singing voice would sound like) I’m kind of glad that we got psycho silver , mostly because it might draw me into this line of action figures ( counting the green psycho ranger should I be concerned that there are seven of them now) Luckily I’m already subscribed to your channel Bruno so take that tenga
