I have an older reaction video that I did with my son, and we did the new song “Pump It” by Eskimo Callboy. And in a few weeks time, it has around 9.2k views. After making this reaction, I remembered that incident. So I gracefully retract my statement. Haha.
I saw Ronnie talking about when he was on tour and the absolute stupidity and insanity of vaccinations and masks. He said that that was one of the reasons he made this song. Of course you have the reason, cancel culture, is very obvious from the lyrics.

@@lapsisvox the zombie problem, then the alien problem, then the kaiju. They represent the growing problems with today’s society and cancel culture. Problems getting bigger and bigger, like what you saw in the video. It’s not a random dump of monsters and crazy stuff😉

Funny you should say that. After we made this, I brought up the lyrics and listened to the song again. It’s definitely a banger. Also, we made this video when this song released. I just now got around to editing it. If I could, I would redo this reaction. Give it a better rating. But here we are.

Oh, by the way, this song is garbage, completely rushed, and sounds like every Skillet song ever made. No talent was put into this song.
And I do get the song. It's got a pretty cool message, if only the lyrics were more thought out and the music wasn't generic. I give this song a 7 out of 10.

There are genres , and then there is " The Ronnie Radke Genre " lol, U never know what ur gonna get , he does it all , and he does it perfectly every time in my oppinnion! Such a talent ! Lol U dont think its deep , if U dont , try listening to the lyrics again . ( perhaps get the references in the video??? )The song is basically about cancel culture ,social media and society in general ! PPl not being able too think for them self/ and speak their mind , cause they are afraid to be cast out/ cancelled ! Sorry cant even give U a like , cause ur so wayyyy offf on this ! You know, after hearing this song and watching the video, I came back to it a couple more times. And then that’s when it hit me. I started understanding the song even more. And it’s really good. I honestly wish I could retake this reaction, but here we are. I think the first comment on this video, they said it was about cancel culture, so I had to listen to it again. And I get it all now. And you’re right, the dude is talented af. I’ve always liked their music. So, apologies that you didn’t like this reaction or the comments. It’s all good. We’re all here for the music. Cheers m8.

Wow this song is a big blend of many artists, maybe not a favorite for me though.
To be honest. This is probably my least favorite FIR song. Don't get me wrong, it's a good song, and I like the meaning behind it. But the song is generic and pleases the masses of basic people which is why it's so popular. It's basically a pop dad rock song with yelling in it. Falling in Reverse is capable of such greater music. And the lyrics are so basic. The music itself just sounds like every skillet song ever created. Basic dad rock with a metal twang was all this song was. It is catchy, and it is decent. I give it a 6 - 7 out of 10.
