My favorite iteration of the M4 is a close contender between the NV4 in IW and the M4 in MWII (2022) I loved the NV4's overall look and the 2022 M4 is just generally a very balanced and aetsthetically pleasing gun

The NV4 had a nice ironsight and a perfect futuristic Design. The reloqf animation was also cool

My favorite version is probably MW3, I'd even argue it was kinda slept on in some cases. It was also really satisfying to use with a silencer as well
mw3's m4 was shadowed by the acr unfortunately. the scar was good in this game as well

jesus. thats like the ugliest one. mw2 (2009) is so much more beautiful than that garbage. i have no idea why mw3 is such a ugly game compared to previous versions

For your Evolution series, you should start using just the bare weapon to give viewers a better idea of the handling and iron sights of the weapon. Just a thought cause I saw the Red Dot Sight on the MW2 and MW3 M4A1, which makes them easier to use in my opinion because they have the worst iron sights of all the M4s (not a big fan of the round sights). My favorite is the OG classic CoD4 M4 cause that one has my favorite iron sights, and you can’t go wrong with the MW2019 M4!

I think my favorite m4 was the NV4, it was a higher damage, good range, low recoil, and a fast ttk if built right!

I use the M4A1 due to it being my favorite AR and it's kinda balanced as I can get outclassed quite a bit while using it
I like the three og Modern Warfare the most but for the 1st Warzone I like to customize it become a full auto M16 with either red dot or holographic sight
I don't know if it's just nostalgia of when I was having fun with cod but my favourite m4 has has be either infinite warfare or MW2019

love the MW(2019) M4A1, but i love the MW2MW3 remakes M4, but my fav is probably the COD BO CW Colt XM-4 and BO6 XM-4

I wouldn’t call the commando or XM4 an M4 because they are based of XM177E1 the big brother of the M4
MWII and IW m4 are my fav, they're such a good design
by any chance you do another underbarrel attachment evolution? well, just wanted to say, codm has it first ever underbarrel gun, and its for pharo smg, i hope you include it. (and yeah, its only for pharo)
I feel they should update the old cods, to where you can have bots in the online mp because almost all the old cods are unplayable like world at war.
The M4A1 from cod 4 was a beast
the iteration i like the most is the og model of m4a1 from cod 4 remastered, mw2 and remastered and iw. even both with suppressor. the og model was the most nostalgic model i encountered when i was a kid. when i look at it, it just looks good. the mw2 is also good evem with the sopmod attachment. also a sweet iteration. and lastly the nv4. i found it unique that they based it on magpul m4 which is goddamn cool and that sweet sweet iron sight it just look so damn great and an unique reload animation
oh and also they nailed it in making the nv4 a futuristic weapon
the NV4 isn't even a Vanilla M4, it heavily uses Magpul and VLTOR parts.

My favorite m4 is the commando in black ops 1
I would argue that since you covered the the Commando from BO and the NV4 from IW, you should've covered the M27 from BO2 and the ICR from BO3
Both M27 and ICR-1 are actually HK416, so they're not count. NV4 is already correct since it's actually an M4A1 with VLTOR and Magpul furniture.

In cw the xm4 isn't weak it's probably the build u used bc I dropped so many nukes with the Xm4

Ngl the M4 is a favorite for me regardless of what game if u take a look at my load out in any cod u will find one with a M4 I just really love it the No recoil in MW2019, MW 2 and mobile

Does the M27 count as a M4? or maybe the Remington R5 from Ghosts?
No. M27 is HK416 but US version which is different from M4. Remington R5 is also different because of its caliber

Nope, they are different. M27, being a HK416, uses HK-proprietary short-stroke gas piston system derived from the G36, which, in turn, is derived from the AR-18, compared to an AR-15's direct gas impingement system. Similarly, the R5 also uses a gas piston instead of direct impingement. They all share the same design, but that's where the similarity ends. No, both of them aren't just "modified versions of the M4"
Double fun fact in guns mw 2019 and mw2 2022's M4s aren't M4s mw19's is actually Daniel Defense mark18 and mw2 2022's M4 is a honey badger mixed with m4 (i am not doing these fun facts to make anyone feel like an idiot, i just like to feel like i am smort 🙂)
MW19's M4A1 is actually a Colt 933, a.k.a, the M4 Commando. It has a slightly longer barrel than Mk18's indicated by the muzzle passed an inch from the tip of the handguard.
How come they can add a US military issued M16 but not the M4A1 in MWll

Cod 4 is my favourite m4. The mw19 version isn’t a m4 it’s a mk18 and the mw2 version is actually a AR-15. Basically the same thing just wanted to be a nerd

The Commando is part of the CAR-15 Military Weapon systems. In a way, they're sort of like the M4's predecessor.

My favourite M4 is cod mobile M4
It's barrel and stock attachments looked cooler too. For instance, the MIP Light will turn the M4 into an M4A1 Block II and MIP Light Short will turn it into a Mk18 Mod 1. Preferrably combine either of those barrels with the MIP Strike Stock which is actually modeled after a Magpul Stock.
