Hi sis, depende po kung anong type ng room ang kukunin nyo po, iba iba kasi sis mga units nila, yung pinakamura nila yung hotel type around 4,000-4500 depende sa # of pax , may kubo and bahay din nag ra range naman between 7000-13,000 .
