Low roof sprinter is so practical. And aesthetically pleasing . Drives better too
I drove around a 144” high roof sprinter for 6-7 years and got totally sick of it. It was just a work van with no bells and whistles. I got asked all the time to help people move and it was sort of frustrating because it’s hard for me to say no. Now that I have an 2018 F150 I sort of miss the sprinter van. The ride is so smooth and comfortable and feels like you’re floating on a cloud. If I were to get another sprinter van for personal daily driving/use I think I’d go for a setup just like this. Maybe then people won’t ask me to help them move stuff so often 😀 but this is so cool and sprinter vans are just so dang useful for daily use and utility. The only thing my f150 over a sprinter is the towing.
Nice set up! That's exactly what I want. Low roof, simple in the back. It's perfect for my dog and I. I will hardly ever sleep overnight so no need for bathrooms and sinks, ect
I love the low roof sprinters done up like this, I have 4 kids and would love to have it for hauling them around on trips and I'll drive it for everything else :)
I have a 170 & love it as my daily driver! These low roofs are even better as a daily if space is not a huge concern!

What are your thoughts on using the FlareSpace bump outs on a standard roof?
I think it would be awesome to open up the space by sleeping sideways 💯. Makes a big difference!
@@emmotors I'm consistently torn between standard and high roof vehicles, but I'm totally all in on the flarespace bump outs. Would like to see more standard roof w/flarespace.
What size tires? and did you install and no-rub fender in the fronts
This van has 265/70/17. We run Terrawagen Mondo mud guards to open up the wheel well.
@@emmotors looks awesome, Question, Does the van need to be lifted? Can I put a 275/70/17 tires with Terrawagen Mondo mud guards only or a No-Rub Fender on the Van needed w./o lifting it? I have a 2021 Revel coming next mo.
Yes with some minor trimming you can run 275/70/17's

Does this have a lift kit on it or no??? What size tires and wheels???
No lift kit on this. Just factory 4x4 but larger 17" wheels & BFG 265/70/17 all terrain tires
@@emmotors wont these rub and require the mud flaps to be removed and or minor trimming? If a client wants to avoid this which wheel tire combo size do you recommend?
It is easier to convert crew or cargo sprinter?
Crew for sure would be easiest.
For us a cargo blank canvas because we feel it looks better when complete vs using a crew with a factory headliner. But if easier is all you're after the crew would be. It doesn't look bad but just not as professional looking in our opinion. Hope that helps!

Having issues with sprinters? Sensors? Def system? Etc?
The main issues we have seen are the emissions components failing. Everything else seems to be found in any vehicle. The 2019 & up i have not seen any. The 2016-2018 some but not as many as the 2009-2015. (Emissions issues) i would still own one & do myself but Ford Ecoboost gas motor is pretty sweet though!
@@emmotors I love the sprinter low roof 4x4…That’s what I really wanted… I’m getting scared about maintenance reliability issues/costs the more I read and talk to others… got me thinking Ford transit now but I think the Ford low roof is smaller than the sprinter so I would probably have to go with the medium roof Ford

Nice van! Is this the one you loaded up last night (actually this morning) about 12:30 am. ?? Clearly you have no respect for your neighbors that are trying to sleep. Loading and unloading 3 vehicles in front of your house could have been done down at your place of business. Very disrespectful and no consideration for others.
