He's mid 20s but he's 6'7", physically strong, lacks pace but he's got the 3 defensive playstyles of Bruiser, Aerial and Power Header. Striker depth I recommend Kyle Hudlin from Huddersfield, he's 6'9" physically strong and in his early 20s I just felt that you were a bit lacking in height and the opposition were winning headers
PCQ: Since you have two young goalkeepers with good potential (Tickle and Rodrigues) I would suggest loaning one of them out so they can grow in their overall

PCQ: If you need a backup striker, I suggest Ernest Terpilowski, he is a young CF, but you can convert him, he has a good shot power and pace (or had in FIFA 23)
