    I am that person that read the price per square foot, read the size of the warehouse in square foot and thought that was my final price other than electric 😂 thank you so much for this, I need to be realistic with growing my business and this was a huge help

      Not in the pandemic they're not please the spaces that I've been renting they always say to me what what do you want you can do my 2 month you can do 6 months to a year it's up to you you don't have to take what they offer everything is negotiable

    Ive been trying to find a place for 2 years, I live in Wooster ohio, a 900 sqft store is $3500 a month, rediculous, no small businesses can survive in this town.

    Im confused. What about that other 900 sq ft?
    What can be done in shell space. If I want a warehouse for creating and packaging my items thats 1000 sq ft and Im not interested in office space then what route do I take

    What I can assure the property owner is renovating the space at my expense. I use 2 major machinery equipment, not including paper shredder etc. Most of the products come prepared but others we produce.

    Will they need a year's rent or just the 1st month? I would like to open a shop but I'm still in the funding stage with a fairly poor credit score. I know I can make the rent but am concerned about the initial financing.

    So, this sounds nuts, but I have a plan, but I am looking for holes in this plan...
    So I have been living in my car having a really hard time with employment and theft in California for over 2 years. My taxes are coming and it's the covid money the government owes me... So I am looking to rent a garage type space, to then use to ether fix and flip cars or make something in demand, all depends. But my thinking is work so hard that sleeping there is justifiable. However, we both know that's pushing it. So option #2 is renting a house, but the cost is out of reach. Ideas?

    Im a landlord for 40Ksqft commercial warehouse and one of the national company want to rent half of my building and what kind of the aggrement i ahould be awared of. It seems these type of the large company have a lot of request and most of the terms are benefit for their company not the landload. So my question is which type of the request i should agree with and which tyoe of the terms i should turn down. Please advise.

      @@CreditCardWars Thank you for making the video. There was a lot of good information. The costs are disappointing to someone just starting out or someone on the fence about making that leap. It sounded to me that it would cost about the same to buy a second house and run a company out of it. I know that not every business can be run out of a residential property. I am being more sarcastic than critical.
