You know why Jing Yuan always has other matters to attend to? It's in the game.
He's literally foisting his work off on Fu Xuan while promising her that she'll be the next general, and then saying that she's not ready yet.
He is where he needs to be when he needs to be there, every time. But, with the exception of Phantylia, he doesn't ever get his hands dirty.
Given that he and Blade were both trained by Jingliu, it's a safe bet that he's strong - but he's old, tired, and really just wants everyone to fuck off LMAO. 😂😂😂

I just said that he's intentionally fucking off because he's strong enough to handle most things due to training with Jingliu, wise enough to trust his staff (which means he knows he can slack off sometimes), and experienced enough to know when he has to step in and assist.

Fu Xuan can actually cleanse cc. I'm pretty sure it's unintended, but if you get cced, use her skill and then get cced again, the second cc will overwrite the first cc but it will be blocked by her skill.

I have jing yuan, his light cone and maxed him out. Able to hit 120k+ on 3+ enemies and 45-75k on solo bosses. But i do have cracked out relics and bronya buffing him. Idk why the slander but im guessing its because not everyone has his light cone

@@lightdarkskin358 I still have like a average 3-4 cycle clear on him up to moc 10 so I still don't get the problem people have like I currently need like 7 cycles today to complete moc 10 so I still had 7 cycles left to get full rewards.
He's not bad, even Arlan isn't bad. But jing yuan dmg compared to the other dps is a bit underwhelming. The fact that for example Blade or Daniel can do 150k dmg in 1 turn and Jing Yuan needs 3 turns to do 120-150k is a bit sadge. Maybe if a harmony gives follow up buffs...

Nah man, my Fu solo sustained the current MoC 9 first half. My geppy would't have enough uptime without spamming his skill and Luocha maaybe would't be able to deal with 2 bosses ganging the squishies, but mad lady Fu went and did it

Some people build Gepard only with defence, this is the only reason Gepard can't sustain, a nicely build gepard is not only has defense, he also needs to be 121+ speed, with a nice mix of EHR (especially E1 Gepard) and Effect Resistance and Energy Rope. I remember Gepard is the slowest character in the game (like speed 91), so build up his speed may take a while, but after you reach 121 speed, things will goes fine most of the time.
@aceofpurity Fu Xuan is S+ tier, but other characters are still good. Please don't says like people can't beat MoC 10 without Fu Xuan. For me, I only mostly use 8 ok-ish build characters in MoC this week: Kafka (E0S0), IL (E0S0), SW (E0S0), Pella, Luocha (E0S0), Asta, March 7 and Gepard, and got 3 stars in Moc9 with 10 rounds. Trying to make some changes to their builds, so maybe testing them in MoC 10 next week (last week's record is 14 rounds for MoC 9, 13 rounds for MoC 10). March 7 is here not because of solo substain issue of Gepard / Luocha, i recently found that she is actually more fun to build and more useful than i thought, so trying to turn her to sth else.
Aaand now she soloed the first half of MoC 10 too, chad Xuan is real.
I'm halfway through the video and I'm still waiting to hear about Fu Xuan.

@flakey9155 not really 😂 Fu only needs her skill to tank damage and dosent rely on her ultimate to do it... and she's hard to kill when she has a ton of HP. She isn't super good but she isn't terrible either

no cleanse, but anti debuff ( just better ), not 100% of damage redirection, but she still takes 65% of the damage, also reducing the damage taken with her passiv. She brings the little heal you need. If you just not bring her abilities together and then say her heal suck or this suck without matching spells that is not reppresentativ.
The problem with anti debuff is that it can only block one, so you can't really control what it would block, but there are some debuffs that have cleanse priority (for example, Phantylia's Prana-Siphon), i definitely prefer cleanse over anti debuff in those cases

But tbh Fuxaun is just budget Luocha that requires extra healer to sustain in harder content meanwhile Luocha just casually solo sustain everything, being SP positive and buff remover. Not that Fuxaun isn't good but sacrifice 1 slot for healer is too much for me considering she's a 5 star but Gepard can solo sustain better than her and she get beaten by Lynx in term of solo sustain lol
Our general might have been ''power creeped'' by other characters but he still has his good points like farming for mats much faster than them. My general takes like 30 seconds or so for 6 tries while IL or any other ''better'' character like Kafka/Seele etc take well over 2 minutes. While they do ''overall'' more damage, Jing Yuan gives you something much more valuable than them and that is ''time''
If your jing yuan is farming faster than your IB, you are doing something massively wrong

She can actually be oneshotted easily in the SU with AOE boss nukes and especially the swarm boss nuke. I’ve seen people dying of that because their defensive blessings just worn out and Fu Xuan got overwhelmed

Well powerscaling wise jing yuan has the best feats out of the playable characters. Phantylia confirmed to have 1/4 of the strength of the aeon (was stated in an aeon’s explanation of their power) is high uni. The aeons themselves are in an ascended dimension and can willingly go to the sea of quanta. Generally speaking the aeon of destruction is able to destroy the universe with ease. As stated by phantylia. Minimum she would be relatively galaxy level. Jing Yuan’s lightning lord stated by him can overpower phantylia. And this happened. Making jing yuan + lightning lord. Galaxy level. So in lore he is stronger than 90% of the characters excluding: DHIL Pickle, Ice Vampire Mommy (Jingliu), & Trailblazer. They are all relatively on the same strength level. Broku actually did a more in depth scale for the verse for the aeon of destruction putting him around Low Multi - Hyper as a highball and Uni+ as a lowball. Making Jing Yuan ~ to goku. Also at e6 s5 he can out dps almost every other character at that level except seele, DHIL Pickle, & Blade.

I play Genshin on Ps5 i like to sit back relax and just play with a controller. Honkai Star rail is to come to PS5 in October. i was thinking about moving my acount over to play on PS5 since i rather play on controller then on my phone. The problem is they want 10$ for the free game. Its not the money i am just conflicted in paying for a free game. What is your opinion for them selling Honkai Star Rail on PS5?

Yea i just beat diff 4 today after i got her i didn’t think i was gonna get her so she’s hella underleveled and bad relics and level 60 lol but made diff 4 so easy i was able to auto i can tell she will carry me thru 5 once she’s level 80. Maybe level 70/80 who knows

Fu xuan buffs, heals herself, mitigates damage, recharges energy, and if you have her signature heals the team every time the rotation restarts by 80% of dmg taken that round. She’s op.
It really doesn't matter if a character is mediocre, overrated or just not good if people pull for her they like her and as the saying goes waifu over meta and plus if your thinking of meta or going meta its most likely going to be MoC and/or maybe swarm

It's hilarious to me that even though Eango's video is satire, the points he was making were ALL TRUE... it's just that his conclusion wasn't. Everything he listed for Fu Xuan is a legitimate weakness, and she really does suck against DoT enemies. As a fully maxed Fu Xuan haver, 10/10 video 🤣
@@kirigherkins I did the same with Fu Xuan, but I'm hesitant to attribute that to her being okay against dots, and more to the fact that I was 3 cycling the floors, at most. Fu Xuan's strenght as a Solo Sustain is that the current content allows for relatively consistent 0-2 cycle clears with well geared and built teams. Even a suboptimal team, but with good relics, can 3-4 cycle clear, and while Fu Xuan won't top your units off, she'll never die and they likely won't die before the enemy does.
That being said, just like in Honkai Impact, it's likely we'll see stronger enemies in the future. If you notice, the MoC has gotten gradually more challenging as time has gone on: this seems to be the HSR team's effort to ease players into more difficult content. As the average players farms out stronger and stronger Relics, and builds more powerful and synergistic teams, the content will natural rise up to meet them. Some challenges will have bosses that hit for large single target, like the Ape, and require a Shielder/Fu Xuan over Luocha, while others will apply horrific DoTs or Non-CC debuffs that must be cleansed, requiring a Lynx or Luocha. It's the natural cycle of ARPGs.

A must have if you don't have luocha or gepard for sure , nat won't help much in moc 10 and even lynx powercreep her so she will probably out forever . Have luo and geppy so i skip her anyway ( still did 3 multi for some dupe tho and even get my last yukong in a off banner 4 * this luck man )

Okay no when he mentioned bailu he is unironically wrong about her. I easily 30* MOC with her in a team without any cleansing against DOT enemies. Not being able to work around her invigoration is a massive skill issue. Plus, even if cleansing is necessary, there are 2 other teammates who could cleanse (notably march and bronya).
I pulled to get lynx because I am a fairly new player, got her on pull 36. Got fu xuan on pull 35 since last 5star....
I think she is broken she can heal and tank and boost cc win for me and the game will be more difficult soo yaa

Yea I agree, she is pretty terrible, my free-to-play account is only able to 30/30 star the Memory of Chaos for the first time after getting her. But that 3 star on floor 10 took 11 turns! That is only 3 turns less than the minimum requirement which is absolutely unacceptably slow. I think everyone should wait for a better character.

I went from 4 cycle clear to consistent 1-2 cycle once I got Fu Xuan.
Before that, I used Natasha, which is not comfy enough, and my Luocha is locked to DHIL as a SP generating slave.
Well jing yuan does out dps characters at e6 s5 :D anyway as a silverwolf main just know im better than you guys. Dps silverwolf e6 r5 did 1m dmg. (SW, Fu Xuan, Bronya, Luocha)
