I feel like if Webster's and them come out with a visuals-only dictionary, when they get to the word "Mesmerizing"... it should just be a picture of THIS right here. Mannnnnnnnnnn. Outstanding work. My izing was mesmered the whole time I watched this, y'all.
I work at this museum, and this is a favorite of nearly every child that comes in. as cool as it is in video, it's even better irl! I've seen kids stand and watch for upwards of 10/15 minutes, which is super impressive considering they're elementary schoolers with 20 second attention spans lol. it's a truly impressive work of engineering!
Thank you! Yes sadly it has been taken down, but a brand new machine is under construction from its pieces! Smaller, but denser. There's some build updates on my channel!
I love the music selections...I did NOT expect to see a path running along the ceiling but was glad there was before falling into that giant funnel. Nice work, everyone =) Thanks for the upload.
I always loved seeing these in videos when I was a kid. My favorite kind of video. Literally would spend hours watching those little balls go by over and over lol. Just so damn impressive. I would love to build one myself someday
Love it! However, I would love to see a video of you following 1 ball throughout the structure so we can get a true idea of the magnitude of this iconic piece of art. I know it's asking a lot but even if it takes over an hour I would watch it. Also, how long did it take for you to connect this structure?
Este juguete es un proyecto muy ambicioso, pero si lo hicieran montaña rusa y le metieran giro - esferas Yo pagaría 1000 dólares por subirme y vivir la experiencia y la adrenalina que este juguete propone. Gracias This toy is a very ambitious project, but if they made it a roller coaster and turned it - spheres I would pay $ 1,000 to get on and live the experience and adrenaline that this toy offers. Thank you
Holy crap man this is freaking amazing. Truly deeply inspiring. Are you planning on making a vid that shows individual tracks? Would be amazing but I understand that's super time consuming.
Those are called "Rod Locks". They are a fairly rare piece that came in the Son of Serpent kit, as well as a few of the Nerf kits. You can find them for sale on KnexUserGroup and eBay, but they aren't cheap. I 3D printed several hundred of them for this project, as I was not able to find them in large enough quantities. That's why they appear here in several different colors. They are usually black.
There have been a few other colors, like transparent green, silver, and black, but they are relatively uncommon. I agree that a wider selection of colors would be great, though! Unfortunately I don't think K'nex even manufactures this style of ball anymore.

99% look downwards in their play station, video games and social networks. Construction games used to to wake them much better up.
Love the shots attached to the elevators, tilt arms and spinners. Also cool how the vortex also acts as a funnel to catch balls
Your last video went viral on worldstar. Love your content!
The person that built this deserves 1 billion views
This is insane!!! So massive:0 Is it true that this was taken down? This is truly a masterpiece!

When you need a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering to play with your toys 😄😄

Epic build, thank you for sharing!

It says it took them a year on their Reddit post.
That would be cool, a clear ball with some sort of leveling system inside the ball to hold a go pro. That would assure we got a nice level video.
This is absolutely ASTONISHING! You are an amazing Human.
Wow!! Truly Amazing! Awesome talent.
I love your stuff. Even if you only post once every few months, you're one of my favorite channels.

And the crowd goes wild! Great job, and also a great video. Now I want to build one!
This was so satisfying to watch. Music was spot on and the visuals were amazing. Great job 🔝🔝😍
This is crazy, dude! Way to go! You must have so much fun doing your job!
Imagine if this thing had a construction booklet
So BEAUTIFUL!
That's incredible. I LOVE it !!
Please, can you give me the K’nex instructions ? I want to know how to build this amazing piece of art !
They'd need to add a wing to the Library of Congress for that LOL
If you're trying to pay the 250,000 plus in knex pieces
Amazing job! 👍🏻👍🏻
Good stuff. Favorite toy as a kid
Thats amazing. I think I'm too scared of heights to build something that tall, even if I had the pieces and space.
Amazing build. Sharing on The Awesomer
Wow !!!!! How amazing this K'nex ball machine. How did you do the new lift? How did you do the automatic transmission above? Mind-blowing Austron.
How cool ! 😎 Bravo 👏
are you still making ball machines? :)
Excellent~!
What’s wrong with those 46 dislikes?????? This is amazing!!!!
awesome job mate!

It must've taken FOREVER to take apart.
That giant looping was disgusting. Keep up the great work!
Duuude. You are next level
Can you put a camera INSIDE a ball? I'm trying to think how you would do it so the view isn't constantly spinning.
duration of the route a ball takes? are the 12 paths equidistant- duration of each path similar?
Quite amazing.
anyone know what those reinforcing pieces are near rod tips and orange connectors never seen then before

that. WAS. E P I C.
What museum is it
I may go there and post it on my channel
I hope you can shoot with a plastic ball with a vr camera.
I Wish KNex would attempt other Ball Half *Colors apart from red and yellow
*Orange, Green, Blue and Purple

...... I haven’t got words for this...
*EPIC* 😲
man with how many calluses and bruised fingers I got playing with knex, your hands must be more calloused than a guitar player's
Where does everyone get those Knex balls?
How much did all these pieces cost?
Grandioso
"Hi! I'd like to order your Super Ultra Deluxe 5 Million K'nex kit, please"...
Lol way more prob
Nothing against lego, but I'll always be a k'nexman.
I'll stick to my lego for this one. It's way too complex, imagine reproduction of this superstructure by memory. It'd take me 3 months if I'm lucky
