There have been a number of requests for "What if x saved Miguel from falling?", but they've all involved someone grabbing him after he goes over the balcony, and pulling him back up. I've wondered what would happen if someone threw themselves across the railing to soften the landing for him.
So in this timeline, the events of part 1 would still happen. Mike Barnes would still host tryouts for the Sekai Taikai. And many students would be cut. Except, Miguel, Robby, Hawk, Tory, Sam, Demetri, Kenny and Devon. Johnny and Mike would still fight. Devon would still be nervous. But in this timeline, she would want to train harder. And she wouldn’t remember Johnny’s lesson about cheating. So Devon wouldn’t steal Mitch’s laxative and put it in Kenny’s water. And at Coyote Creek, 2 of them would have to capture a flag and bring it back to base. The race would begin. Kenny and Hawk would both be in the lead. And Demetri and Devon would be behind. Devon would start to catch up to Kenny. But since Kenny would have more speed. So Kenny wouldn’t have to use the bathroom. And he wouldn’t have an accident in front of everyone. Kenny would get to the flag. And he would bring it back to base. So Kenny would win. Hawk and Demetri would still be at the same flag. And they would still fight for it. But Hawk would still let his guard down. So Demetri would pick up the flag. And he would bring it back to base. And he would still win. So Miguel, Robby, Sam, Tory, Demetri, and Kenny would be entering the Sekai Taikai. Devon would be devastated. Johnny would try to comfort her. But she would it still wouldn’t help. So Kenny wouldn’t hate Anthony in this timeline. And he would stay in Miyagi-Do. Devon would also stay in Miyagi-Do in this timeline. Tory’s mother would still pass away. And those events would stay the same. Anthony would still be upset about his bloody nose. Miguel, Robby, Sam, and Tory would still compete for team captain. Miguel and Robby would still fight. And Robby would still defeat him. Sam and Tory would still fight. But Daniel would still stop the match in this timeline. Tory would want to continue to fight. But Daniel wouldn’t let her. So Tory would still leave Miyagi-Do in this timeline. Johnny would be mad. And he would still confront Daniel. He would still be mad at him for not letting Tory fight. And he would still tell him that after the tournament, he was gonna leave Miyagi-Do. And since Tory left Miyagi-Do, Daniel would nominate Hawk to take her spot. And Sam and Robby would still be team captain. Miyagi-Do would still compete in the Sekai Taikai. With Robby, Sam, Miguel, Hawk, Demetri, and Kenny as their best fighters. Cobra Kai would also compete. And Tory would still rejoin in this timeline. Miyagi-Do would be shocked. 🌳🐍
He's done a few where that happens, most notably "What if Sam won in S4?" Usually, Silver still betrays Kreese, then tells Daniel and Johnny, "I made no such deal". He keeps Cobra Kai open, but doesn't expand.
What if Miyagi-Do won the All Valley just mirror’s what if Sam won the All-Valley. But what if Miguel, Devon, or Demetri won the All-Valley, that’s a whole new story. Even if Miguel wins the tournament, Tory still defeats Samantha since Silver paid the referee. So Cobra Kai would win. If Devon won, Miyagi-Do would still win because Eli defeated Robby. The what if of Demetri winning the All-Valley is All wrong.
Demetri and Hawk would both make it to the finals. And Demetri would win because Eli didn’t have his confidence. Tory would defeat Sam. But Cobra Kai wouldn’t win since 2 Miyagi-Do students made it to the finals. And 1 Cobra Kai student made it to the finals. So yeah, Miyagi-Do would win. Not Cobra Kai.

There have been a number of requests for "What if x saved Miguel from falling?", but they've all involved someone grabbing him after he goes over the balcony, and pulling him back up. I've wondered what would happen if someone threw themselves across the railing to soften the landing for him.

But I can answer them with some theories.
First 1, what if Devon never cheated.
So in this timeline, the events of part 1 would still happen. Mike Barnes would still host tryouts for the Sekai Taikai. And many students would be cut. Except, Miguel, Robby, Hawk, Tory, Sam, Demetri, Kenny and Devon. Johnny and Mike would still fight. Devon would still be nervous. But in this timeline, she would want to train harder. And she wouldn’t remember Johnny’s lesson about cheating. So Devon wouldn’t steal Mitch’s laxative and put it in Kenny’s water. And at Coyote Creek, 2 of them would have to capture a flag and bring it back to base. The race would begin. Kenny and Hawk would both be in the lead. And Demetri and Devon would be behind. Devon would start to catch up to Kenny. But since Kenny would have more speed. So Kenny wouldn’t have to use the bathroom. And he wouldn’t have an accident in front of everyone. Kenny would get to the flag. And he would bring it back to base. So Kenny would win. Hawk and Demetri would still be at the same flag. And they would still fight for it. But Hawk would still let his guard down. So Demetri would pick up the flag. And he would bring it back to base. And he would still win. So Miguel, Robby, Sam, Tory, Demetri, and Kenny would be entering the Sekai Taikai. Devon would be devastated. Johnny would try to comfort her. But she would it still wouldn’t help. So Kenny wouldn’t hate Anthony in this timeline. And he would stay in Miyagi-Do. Devon would also stay in Miyagi-Do in this timeline. Tory’s mother would still pass away. And those events would stay the same. Anthony would still be upset about his bloody nose. Miguel, Robby, Sam, and Tory would still compete for team captain. Miguel and Robby would still fight. And Robby would still defeat him. Sam and Tory would still fight. But Daniel would still stop the match in this timeline. Tory would want to continue to fight. But Daniel wouldn’t let her. So Tory would still leave Miyagi-Do in this timeline. Johnny would be mad. And he would still confront Daniel. He would still be mad at him for not letting Tory fight. And he would still tell him that after the tournament, he was gonna leave Miyagi-Do. And since Tory left Miyagi-Do, Daniel would nominate Hawk to take her spot. And Sam and Robby would still be team captain. Miyagi-Do would still compete in the Sekai Taikai. With Robby, Sam, Miguel, Hawk, Demetri, and Kenny as their best fighters. Cobra Kai would also compete. And Tory would still rejoin in this timeline. Miyagi-Do would be shocked. 🌳🐍
What if Miyagi-Do win the All-Valley.
I did what if Eagle Fang won the All-Valley. So I might as well do one for Miyagi-Do.
He's done a few where that happens, most notably "What if Sam won in S4?"
Usually, Silver still betrays Kreese, then tells Daniel and Johnny, "I made no such deal". He keeps Cobra Kai open, but doesn't expand.

What if Miyagi-Do won the All Valley just mirror’s what if Sam won the All-Valley. But what if Miguel, Devon, or Demetri won the All-Valley, that’s a whole new story. Even if Miguel wins the tournament, Tory still defeats Samantha since Silver paid the referee. So Cobra Kai would win. If Devon won, Miyagi-Do would still win because Eli defeated Robby. The what if of Demetri winning the All-Valley is All wrong.
Demetri and Hawk would both make it to the finals. And Demetri would win because Eli didn’t have his confidence. Tory would defeat Sam. But Cobra Kai wouldn’t win since 2 Miyagi-Do students made it to the finals. And 1 Cobra Kai student made it to the finals. So yeah, Miyagi-Do would win. Not Cobra Kai.
Feel like Kenny better than Demetri
They probably thought Kenny staying home and blaming Anthony for what happened will make a better story.
