Vancouver is most beautiful in April where there are thousands of cherry blossom blooming and in early October when the maple leaves turn brilliant red ,orange and yellow.
There are 2 Chinatown. You can take a taxi for 10 minutes to Aberdeen centre which is in the centre of the new Chinatown where alll the good restaurants and malls is located .In the summer you can also take a 10 minutes taxi to Richmond night market…the biggest Chinese night market in N. America. The older Chinatown is far away. You can take the Canada line (skytrain from airport) then transfer to a bus (no 3 or 8 from Vancouver downtown) .This Chinatown is older but at the moment I do not recommend. It is usually for local to buy grocery.
