    Peace beloved.
Today, I pulled the trigger on the Rhythm Rope and the Crossrope Get Lean 1/4 LBS. Most definitely appreciate the discount codes and content brother!
Long story short, as of August 1st, this year, I decided to get after a healthier lifestyle. As of December 1st, I’ve reduced my body weight by 40 LBS. I’ve done so primarily through intermittent day fasting, cycling, & walking 5-10 miles at a time. Initially, I adapted skipping rope as a form of movement for my daily deposits towards my new lifestyle. However, I experienced significant discomfort and pain. Needless to say, skipping rope was short lived. Fast forward to present day, I am able to skip rope for increments of 10-15 minutes, taking a 20-30 second rest period every 1-2 minutes, without experiencing the same discomfort / pain as before.
All of your time, efforts, energy, assistance, and sacrifices are very much so appreciated in abundance brother!
May the most high continue to bless you and yours!
    One love.

Well said my friend! Having followed you for many years, I loved the part about not being sold by a charismatic person. My advice, start out with an Elite 5m pvc for less than $20, cuz if you decide it's not your thing no big deal. Have to disagree with you about RX ropes being mostly for double unders. They offer many varieties of ropes. They have wire ropes in multiple weights, also pvc, beaded, and even Muay Thai style. All that being said, I think they are also the leader in double under style ropes. Keep up the good work, and Happy Holidays to you & your loved ones! Terry

Thanks, Terry. I should've specified - their lighter ropes, the EVOs, are mostly for doubles. Their inventory and types of ropes have grown over the years. Thanks for all your support over the years.

I tell my friends and family start simple like some type of pvc ropes or something similar around six to twelve bucks to test the waters.

I love PVC ropes! I buy from a local manufacturer for around 8 bucks 1/2lb rope, great for conditioning for boxing :D
