    This video is a GREAT follow up to your proof on the Law of Cosines video.
    I spent 6 days working on that proof. I learned so much, but I also knew I need to
    figure all the stuff in this video. I'm so glad you put this together, because my brain is very tired & I just want to celebrate finally understanding the Law of Cosine proof.
    Thank You very much.
    edit: the reason it took me so long, was I did not use the foil method. I solved inside the parentheses before squaring. Which allowed me to see that the oblique triangle was being made into two right triangles.

    About the first example, I am confused. Shouldn't height be 32*sin(72), with 72 coming from 180-108?

    • @simpleman283
      @simpleman283 2 года назад +1

      The Sin of 72 is the same as the Sin of 108 or the Sin of -252. There is an infinite number of angles w/same Sin vale.
      He has a video on the "Unit Circle" that will clear up any confusion. Very very good video.

      @@simpleman283 thanks for replying. I did watch his video on the unit circle, but I didn't learn that two different sin angles can have the same value. What I learned was that a sin value and a cos value can be the same, as in sin(90)=cos(0).
      Can you please direct me to material that explains things clearer?

      I never knew how much there really is to a triangle when I started studying it two years ago, but I have learned most of what I do know from this man right here.
