i have the same thing as her where i get little dandruff balls like this in places how do i stop it? does hard water cause it?
Could be caused by it. You can use water filter and ketoconazole shampoo or salycilic Shampoo twice a week and see how it goes for u.
it was the same for me when i was younger. i used selsen blue and it eventually got better but maybe i just grew out of it
