if we apply through embassy track how many copy of recommendation letter is required and

i took a 6 month course recently can i take letter from this teacher or i should take from my university teacher
@herakhan8400 you can get a recommendation letter from any professor of your department from where you get your last degree.
Form 5 everything should be filled including date handwritten or manual?
And professor has to put sign and date in both form 5 and recommendation letter?
Plz reply my every question I'm so confused right now

Then sealed this sign page and again sign and date across the sealed place with handwriting using pen etc

Only Signature and date handwritten is required
Like professor will fill the form in laptop and take a print of page then sign and date it with hand

@kainattsaleem and in case if professor is using his own formate then sealed this form 5 and professor template in one envelope so in this case Signature on form 5 and own templates will be right decision because if you skip one then may be it become an issue in future.

The professor doesn't need to write the recommendation letter into a different paper or sheet?
@thvxhappiness write in this form as formate is already given by gks so write within it
I think a professor can describe our all mentioned thing in one page so no need of extra page and If your recommendation letter is in two page it's OK but follow the instructions like in case of signature date and sealing then again sign and date at sealed place as describe in vedio

I didn’t not understand, why two boxes? Which on should be written?
@nihansrabon2440 if you observe the lines of both boxes ,upper box lines are dotted and lower box lines are proper lines so remove upper box after reading instructions and wrote all things about candidate in 2nd box .
Actually professor have to fill it
So these are just instructions for your professor that what he has to describe about yourself and how to make a proper recommendation letter for you .

Ye sab kaam professor karay ga
Then print lay ga uss page ka aur then hand written signature aur date dalay ga iss page k end pay di gae jaga pay
Then iss page ko 1 envelope maen pack /seal kar k again seal wali jaga pay lifafay k oper bahir ki side signature and date dalay ga with hand .

But in case agar wo already sealed hay to sahi hay
Please tell me about my profile. I have 3.19 cgpa ,ielts 7,8 online courses,3 internships,8 awards and acceptance letter by a korean prof am worried about my chpa ,is my profile good enough to apply?or win
