None of us really know the truth. I was 28 when Elvis died. In the end, what does it matter? He gave the gift of music, generosity, and a loving spirit. I have heard way too many theories over the last 45 years that it loses the plot. Rest in Peace, Elvis. Go rest high on that mountain.

There was no saving him. He had been dead for hours when his girlfriend found him. His daughter ran in the room during the commotion. His doctor was partially responsible. No ethical doctor prescribed that quantity of those type of drugs . Elvis Presley never drank alcohol. He had many ailments similar to those of his mother so he may not have been destined to live long regardless. We'll never know. Vicki

Why is their codeine in Elvis's body ,his was very allergic to it ,just like me ,I almost died from it ,got it from the dentist just like Elvis did ,and Elvis could never take time off he was taking care of so many people ,he was used and abused by so many people, and Elvis was very sick he had glaucoma, enlarged heart hypertension, bad Colon ,the man just gave and gave till he couldn't any more ,but Elvis will always be in our hearts and soul, because he was a very humble person, treated everybody with respect, and a great humanitarian, and truly loved his fans

Holy moly! ;( OK, that was rough! And heart attack sounds right! Sounds like this doctor wanted to keep Elvis all to himself, And I'm sure he didn't tell him all the dangers of addiction, because every time Elvis wanted drugs he got to see him, feeling like helping him. BUT, He was slowly killing him and he knew it. All the people around him that were trying to keep his drug addiction a secret only had to look at Elvis and know there was a problem, Right? Poor Elvis, It became something he never wanted. I like your Rehab idea, or something😢
    Good one! Keep rockin!😍👏

I've heard of many positions of his body was in when he was found but never sitting upright and so graphic.
Why do you think he began wearing those fabulous shades. The lights hurt his eyes but he dealt with the pain to perform for the people.
I know for a fact the bathroom is a common place for people with weak hearts to pass. I personally know 3 men who passed in the bathroom.

We won’t ever really know what happened. He obviously had several medical issues. His doctor did seem to over medicate him. I believe he was in a lot of pain due to his medical issues. He also did meds to wake and go to sleep. But can you imagine how hard it was on his heart doing all the back to back shows with all of his medical problems. I’m surprised Elvis was able to preform as great as he did.

Right .. I've spent years looking through all the stuff.
Its all a mishmash of people not remembering the story they were meant to be telling, times not matching, reports differing from each other and from fans observations that night and next day.
The bathroom even...i saw something that indicated he wasn't on the toilet but in the second chair, like a barber's chair, where he would sit out of the way of everyone to just be quiet and read. The body appeared to have been found in front of that chair.
But suspicion of it being a faked death is far more convincing for many many reasons that I can't go into here. People will try to tell you Elvis is now a pastor called Bob Joyce. They compare smiles, hand positions, and singing voice. But those are not the correct things to compare. If it was down to a smile, frown, etc or hand position it would make most of mankind Elvis. If it was the soundalike singing voice it would mean every ETA was Elvis.
It has to be so much more and on that basis I can tell you that Bob is definitely not Elvis. Wrong age. Picture of him younger with his wife, and he's not Elvis younger either. Lol.
But Elvis lived for sure. And I know how, and who. And I had that confirmed by someone important in his family.
So, that's what I'm saying here. Yes he lived but not as Bob Joyce (who could do a lot more to prove it to those who must get very confused with Elvis and Kenny Rogers.) Please don't try to track him. It wouldn't help him. He went downhill quickly after Benjamin and now with Lisa Marie he will probably just close down. It's so sad. An amazing and massively generous man. One of the things he continued with in his later years was helping people with wheelchairs! I was really happy to find that out! He always did that right from being young. Cared about people with disabilities.
You need to watch The King Of Kindness. Irs mind-blowing how much he cared and helped.
I hope one day that everyone is allowed to know fully what happened. It would absolutely rock the world!
But then that's what Elvis always did.
What a way to leave the building for real!

So we don't know anything..when I hear another version is..they don't know shit !! He had many other ailments..pain all over. He had an autoimmune passed down..they knew nothing about autoimmune disease back then. I have 3 people in my family and a daughter with an autoimmune disease and it's hell on earth. It goes after major organs and that's probably why he used to complain all over and took so many pain pills. Today they can treat it but back then they knew nothing ..sad

I have recently read three different accounts by three different doctors regarding Elvis’s death.
    1) Dr. Dan Warlick, the medical examiner that attended the autopsy, stated Elvis died when his abdominal artery was compressed in his attempt at a bowel movement. The compression of the aorta caused a sudden heart attack. According to him, Elvis took several steps away from the toilet when the heart attack began as he tried to get to help. Elvis bit half way through his tongue due to the severe spasm. He had been dead several hours when he was found.
    2) In 1994, Dr. Davis, a pathologist, was called in to review the autopsy report to determine if the original report had been falsified. After reviewing all records and interviewing those involved, he stated that Elvis died from a massive heart attack that just happened to occur when he was about to sit on the toilet. He pitched forward before sitting. He stated that Elvis’s heart was very enlarged and had serious heart disease. He believed Elvis died before he hit the floor.
    3) Dr Forest Tennant was brought into the criminal case brought against Dr. Nick. The trial was held to determine if the doctor had recklessly and deliberately prescribed drugs to Elvis that resulted in his death. Dr. Tennant believes Elvis suffered from a autoimmune disease that causes multi organ disease. He stated that the autoimmune disease was triggered by a well documented severe head trauma that occurred in 1967. He believed Elvis would have been in pain pretty much all the time the last few years of his life which caused his abuse of opioids. He, too, stated Elvis had multiple health concerns which included significant heart disease. His report to the court stated Elvis had a complicated undiagnosed health issue, but ultimately died of a heart attack. Dr. Nick was found not guilty as he was doing his best to treat his patient and control his addiction by putting him on methodone for withdrawal symptoms and replacing his pills with placebos. Unfortunately, Elvis had several doctors/dentist he could tap for drugs if Dr. Nick was not giving him what he thought he needed. The people around Elvis have stated that Dr. Nick was the best of Elvis’s doctors as he actually tried to help. The other doctors just became suppliers so they would be associated to the famous man.
All the doctors agree that Elvis had heart disease, liver disease, a mega colon, glaucoma, high blood pressure, an unhealthy diet, and a dependence on prescription drugs. He was a very unhealthy man at the end. His fans just didn’t know it.
The full autopsy results were sealed in 1977. They will be unsealed in 2027.

i read the report by Dr. Tennant & is very interesting w-all the details including charts. I think those curious people would gain some good insight into what was going on w-Elvis' health, & not just continue to harp on the drug thing.

This is just someone that didn't like Elvis. There are other documentaries that are better. They don't tell you all the mafia guys were taking these prescriptions under his name. A book called "Destined To Die Young" delves into his family tree and that Elvis suffered from disease in nine of eleven bodily systems, including 5 that were present from birth. It states that, based on Elvis Presley's family history and the genes he was delt, nothing could have saved the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Very good book. Thank you for not making a judgment from that video.
