OMG you just saved my life! Im in my schools color guard and we have to do our own hair and the last hairstyle is perfect for the show and takes like no time to do! Thank you soooooo much 💕
You have no idea how big this video was for me!! I hadn't seen your pillow rolling video till this video, and OH MY GOODNESS! Pillow rollers works WAY TOO AMAZINGLY! Thank you, Cherry Dollface!!!
Love this video! The image didn't pop up on the screen for the other video. I'd love to see the one of you doing the wet set and what products you use! Thanks xxx
the bandanna style is gorgeous! I don't know whether I just have a high hairline or a small head but I can never seem to tie my bandanna far enough back to get an awesome barrel roll or lots of curlies in the front. Oh well, we have to work with what we've got ;) I will give this a try at some point.
At the moment, I have shoulder length hair with a sidecut and undercut but I would love to do something vintage inspired with it because I usually just end up pulling it back into a knot or ponytail and that gets flat and boring. I would be very grateful for any tips.
These styles are lovely! The only problem I get is, I can rarely get my hair to last that long when going to the gym. Do you have any tips for ladies that work out a lot? Anything else to use besides dry shampoo?
Hi, I am new to vintage style hair and loved the video. I am not sure I am familiar with the cream you used for smoothing, what is it called please? Now to go and learn more about wet set and how to track down the tools of this trade... :)
Would these work on rather long hair? My hair reaches to just above my waist, when I do wet set curls it springs up to around my shoulder blades. Currently with the curls I just pin it back on one side and leave the rest to flow but would much prefer a style that would keep it in place. Any suggestions? Thanks :)
Could you do a video for victory rolls with really long hair? I'd LOVE it give them a try, but I'm too afraid to even attempt them with my hair that's down to the end of my back, because I feel I'll just get so frustrated.
Can you do a tutorial for very long hair? I have hair to my hips and don't want to cut it, now it is that long but I really love the vintage styles. Would be awesome! Thanks sweetie :)
My bangs never seem wave high enough for me, so I usually end up doing a barrel or victory curls. I think my hair is just a little too heavy to stay on its own. Do you recommend anything?
is there any products i can use to ensure the curl to stay in all day? i jsut use a heat protector and i pin curl my hair and let them set for an hour, but the curl doesnt stay that long.
Thanks for commenting on my video Cherry. i tried to reply to your comment there but I couldn't so I decided to check out your channel. Really awesome videos and I subscribed!!!
Hi I just tried wet setting for the first time and it turned out so bad. I have very long naturally curly hair (Its mid thick but I have a lot of hair). My hair didn't dry all the way over night and I tried drying it with the scarf on. The more I tried to adjust the more the fuzz became an issue. Is there an ideal hair type or length to work with this hair styling? I am open to suggestions.
I always have such a hard time with pinning my hair. My hair seems to be too smooth or slippery for the pins to stay in and I can't seem to figure out how to anchor them correctly. They always seem to just slide out or won't stay at all. Any suggestions?
Disney Dame at their website www.suavecitopomade.com/collections/hair-products Or many salon beauty stores carry it, but your best bet would be on the website^^^^ It's awesome, youll love it
HELP! My hair is just below my shoulders in length. Last night I wet set it and when I woke this morning and took the rollers out, my hair was up beyond my chin. The curls were WAY tight and brushing just make it frizzy. Any suggestions for nicer curls? I'd appreciate any advice you may have for me.
Brush brush brush! Don't use a bristle brush. Use a paddle brush. Be patient and just let them fall. Use pomade to add some weight and combat frizz. Brush slowly. Don't rip through you hair at a fast pace, it'll make your poof worse. Also, try wrapping bigger sections of hair when you wet set so you don't end up with 80s frizz.
My last attempt at a wet set turned out super frizzy and the curls didn't stay. Anyone have suggestions, tips or tricks? I have bra-strap length thin/fine hair with face framing layers. Thanks :)
¿Do you have a tutorial exclusively on bandanas? I don't know (sorry) and if you have one just forgive me. But if you don't... wel, it would be an awesome idea. Just throwing it out there ;) P.S: Love you're tutorials, ALL OF THEM
I'm thinking this is what women of the times would have done. Those who could afford to would have it done once a week and try to preserve it for the rest
I have done wet sets exactly the way I do and they last about 4 hours max. I even have to take a curling iron to it right after brushing it out. I have literally done the style walked outside had a bit of wind hit it and straighten out the entire curl in a min flat. This is a joke for my hair.

This is Awesome, Especially for people who like to wet set the old fashioned way. Thank You! :)
Tried looking for these styles all over RUclips. I check my subscriptions then BAM !!! 💜
You are amazing...I get stressed out with my hair if I got a couple of gigs in a row and you helped so much! Thanks!
I would love to see a vintage pixie cut hairstyle!!!! I have a pixie and other than a bandana I have no clue how to style it to look vintage.
Stephanie I suggest going to dizzyclockworks page and looking at her videos she has short hair and has done good tutorials
I think this is my favourite video because it focuses on curly hairstyles!! ❤️
I always sruggle with getting my wet set to turn out right. I either get a lot of frizz, or the curls don't want to keep their shape.
You're a genius, lady! This actually makes maintaining a vintage hairstyle seem doable if I only have to set my hair every 3 days. Thank you.
Loove your style and hair tutorials, Im in love with you. BEAUTIFUL
Love this video! The image didn't pop up on the screen for the other video. I'd love to see the one of you doing the wet set and what products you use! Thanks xxx

I have hair the same length and it worked out fine. It does need some more bobby pins to hold together because its heavier.
Can you do a tutorial for very long hair? I have hair to my hips and don't want to cut it, now it is that long but I really love the vintage styles.
Would be awesome!
Thanks sweetie :)
If you have long hair you could try an Edwardian or Victorian look? Long hair was extremely fashionable so your hair could do a lot of the styles?
Beautiful
Would love to see some Celia foote from the movie the help hairstyles !! This is my favorite video by the way great work working momma
TheBrit1986 I just re-watched that move yesterday! I was also thinking how pretty some of their hairstyles are. =) Good idea!

+Via Brus You can just spray some hairspray or dry shampoo on the bobby pins and they should stay in place when you slide them into your hair :)
Epic hair.
Can you do some hairstyles for short hair? pleaaase :( :'(
Cute! Great for 3 12 hour shifts.
Where is the link to the wetset tutorial???
Do you have a tutorial for hot roller set for 3 days?
A hot roller set won't last for 3 days! I actually hate hot rollers. Haha. I don't use them.
Where can I buy the suavecita pomemade??
Disney Dame at their website www.suavecitopomade.com/collections/hair-products
Or many salon beauty stores carry it, but your best bet would be on the website^^^^ It's awesome, youll love it

I use a Flaxseed gel instead of a Setting spray.. My hair is slightly cruchy but if I scrunch the curls a hair they hold well
Kay L. Use Nubian foam
Setting lotion it’s really the best. I can get 3 or 4 day curls.
Tattoo video?
Eww those tattoos
