I am only English speaking but I recognise that when Anna Trubetskaya & Tina Karol performed that impromptu duet it was special. Anna's tone especially is beautiful. Music is the universal language and for an unrehearsed duet well I don't know what else to say bravo.

Oh, yes! Very moving. And elected as the Best Lesbian Couple of the Year. So adorable, their intense Sapphic love for each other.
Ifè's "Drowning" brought so much excitement! His total control over such a range --- every note accomplished with real feeling --- that it kept me on the edge of my seat. Now, THAT is a concert I'd stand in line all day for the chance to see live. This entire collection is excellent (Tina Karol! Sir Tom Jones!), but Ifè is my guy. Thank you, Quichotte.
Yes, Ifè is fantastic. Next to the first audition from Turkey, it's the clip I've watched the most out of this compilation.

I also found it refreshing that a lot of these singers where actually singing their language songs, not English! So cool. Even though I don't understand the words, the voices and the music is beautiful.

Cynna Taylor is already a star . I often go to her page . She can sing everything. Not only the high pitch tones ,but also deep, rich tones, with a stunning hint of vibrato .
If she didnt go far ,then her "trainer" chose very wrong songs. It happens ....
Or, the voice is "fixed".
Sometime i wonder, tbh...it seem like the winners all are willing to do all what they choose, no matter what.
I remember when Angelina Jordan sang(in a american contest) . She didnt go far, even if she sang the hell out of everybody.
The only thing with her , is , nobody can tell her to do stuff or even how to do it . She deside herself , everything. Every instrument,every sound, how it should look, and so on. And one more thing, she never flaunts her voice (like some people feel they need to do, screaming high pitch until one get a sinus issue...its like they think its all about high pitch...)
Angelina CAN go very high, but she respect the song, she wont put in a scream sequence if it isnt what the song need.
I think Angelina, being her own boss to extend, is the reason she didnt go far in the contest.
Anyways , Angelina is still a star , as well, and she will be huge ,also without a contest. But she also choose to go slow, and study at the same time (not music,she dont need to, but to get another job if she gets tired, or dont want to sing anymore.
Its sad ,tho, when one of the best singers , strangly are sendt out ...when the "contestar" wasnt even half so good...
Oh well.
