At this time the largest size available is a 24" x 36" as the manufacturer is not able to get us the very large mat shown in the video. You can find more info on the mat here www.qualitysewing.com/quilters-select-self-healing-rotary-cutting-mats.html
So you are asking how to align up the grainline on your fabric pieces after they are cut out and sew these pieces together? In this case, I lay out my uncut fabric just as usual and place my pattern pieces along the grainlines as the pattern calls for, put on the weights and then cut them out. You place them on the fabric just as you would using traditional pins and a pair of scissors. But in half the time you can cut it out with your weights and rotary!
Thank you!
What size is your cutting mat? How much does the large cutting mat cost, and do you carry them in stock?
