Make up was bad on this. The face and body don’t match reds.
Hey at least they went and did practical makeup for Hellboy as opposed to motion capture CGI that may or may not have looked as good as the makeup job.

Unfortunately today's cinema is ruining itself with special effects made with the computer and frankly I am bored any film of these times of science fiction that comes out I do not see it because despite the work of the special effects that they use for the monsters all of them have the same move same way of moving the face which makes it stupid, I would like they to go back to these make up where every science fiction being was made by a person and with a make up to make it more real so the work of the film was more appreciated, I hope the film director understand that to make a beautiful science fiction movie you have to spend more money to see the real work as Hellboy did and not the bad movie they did in 2019.
I think David could’ve been such a great Hellboy!!! I just think the film was flawed.
