Good to see officers that have road safety knowledge and are looking to share the information with the public.
However I would suggest the police departments offer a country wide free safety awareness initiative for the public and stay safe.
i do have an international license from dubai and i can tell u one thing very clearly never ride your bike outside of yellow line .. yellow line is mostly used when a driver or rider wants to stop there vehicle.. i do own a yamaha ybr which only goes up to 110 or 115km/hour i usually ride it around 80 to 100 and i m not going to make the fatal mistake of riding it outside of yellow line .. ride safe and use safety precautions and helmet as well .. peace ✌️

They obviously do not realize how dangerous it can be to overtake from the left. No country, state or province allows passing from a slower lane. The officers are being nice and chatty but they need to have proper training and knowledge.
