Hello, I bought a pin cushion protea a while back, it was very healthy. We had an extended heat wave where I live and the tips of of the leaves are turning brown. I am not sure whether I watered it too much or too little. I tried to water it everyday but with small amounts, just to get the top soil moist. I know they don't like excessive water. What can I do? Your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Might've been under watered by the sounds of it. Rather drench the soil, the leave it to dry out before watering again
