Yeah I almost stopped watching when you claimed #1 thing is to join a team...
I know some teams that are stuck in the old methods of prospecting and don't provide you with GOOD leads (theres a difference how they are acquired and how they pass the leads down)
All teams are not made equal and different teams models are suited for different agent profiles.
