    Bought this model 12/3/2023 with wall mount and four year extended warranty at Walmart for $310. Still in shock how good the display is. Wow.

      Thats a great deal with the 4 year warranty! I got the TV and wallmount for about that price, but not the warranty. Yes, it is a great looking display for such an inexpensive price.

    I just looked up the same TV in the usual stores in Germany. They're about 350-399€ . I use a Samsung TV since 10 Years now and can't complain ether. I hope you and your family will enjoy your new aquisition👍

      Thanks Martin. The reason we got it was because we had been using a 40" in our living room and my wife and kids mainly use that room for TV viewing. My wife who like me is in her 40's could no longer read the small text that came up on screen so she was having a hard time seeing show descriptions. So off to Walmart I went and she really enjoys it. My son was blown away being able to play Injustice 2 on a 58" screen. He was so happy lol.

    I bought this in the 70" e4 version, and I was sorely disappointed to find out there are NO composite a/v jacks on the back " as advertised " on the Walmart website.
    I need those to hook up my vcr.
    False advertising, at the very least.
    So make sure the TV you're looking at has the jacks you need before buying it.
    Of course, that doesn't even help when they lie about the jacks it includes.
    Thanks for sharing, nonetheless.

    • @EDFCentral
      @EDFCentral  9 месяцев назад

      That is very strange! Are you absolutely sure you didn't overlook them somewhere? The reason I say this is because so many things still use it. Its very possible it was hidden under an edge or tucked inside a recessed area.

    • @borg386
      @borg386 9 месяцев назад

      @EDFCentral OK, I'll take another look.
      I still like the TV regardless. I'll just have to use an adapter, I guess.
      Thanks for the reply 👍

    Nownthat its been a few months, how is the TV holding up? Picture look good? Any issues? Walmart has horror stories in the reviews about people who buy this and then it only lasts 6 months to a year.
    I have a black friday model of the 2020 TCL series 4 with Roku TV that went bad with severe discoloration / burn in. After many reviews and months of research I settled on a 55" TCL Q7 that i picked up for $500 from Best Buy. Great picture, thouth the arc doesnt play well with our samsung spund bar.
    I have a bit of buyers remorse for spending so much. I am considering retirning the Q7 and getting either the Q5 ($30p) or this R6E3. I know both are a step down, but i think both would be fine for us. I am more concerned about the longevity.

    • @EDFCentral
      @EDFCentral  2 месяца назад +1

    Does the 58" screen darken when viewing from left, right, and upward angle? I am considering using 4 of them as a 2x2 video wall which will make the 58" tv a 116"

      Sure does. You can set it on a table or mount it to a wall. However if you decide to mount to the wall you will have to get a mounting kit which is sold seperately.
