  • This is a timelapse video recorded by the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission in the basement of the Gurnee Grade School during the April 2013 Flood Event. The video was recorded over a 6 day period and the water rose 3 feet in the basement.The Gurnee Grade School is no longer in use and is going to be demolished this year.

      nick cortez what grade did you go there i went there in kindergarten to 2nd grade my name is david Reid and i have a 2010 yearbook from there and im in the 9th grade

    More of this is coming - see the evidence on my playlists. Greenland has been in the 60's this week. Alaska has been in the 80's. Ocean temperatures are unusually warm in places and unusually cool in places (due to the melting of ice and snow which is flowing into the sea).       their security room is probably higher up, dont know how it ran through a power outage though

      @@mooble1 in law, every school is required to have a backup generator incase power fails, so that likely is why the footage lasted for 6 days as the video ends then while still during the flood.
