Gurnee Grade School Flooding TimeLapse April 17, 2013

This is a timelapse video recorded by the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission in the basement of the Gurnee Grade School during the April 2013 Flood Event. The video was recorded over a 6 day period and the water rose 3 feet in the basement.The Gurnee Grade School is no longer in use and is going to be demolished this year.

their security room is probably higher up, dont know how it ran through a power outage though

@@mooble1 in law, every school is required to have a backup generator incase power fails, so that likely is why the footage lasted for 6 days as the video ends then while still during the flood.
