great job on the Area 51 cabinet. I don't know if I already mentioned it in a previous Area 51 video, but it is one of those games which are often fun if the player ends up playing the game while dual wielding the guns just like in many John Woo films.
Area 51. A classic. The first light gun game I ever played, actually. I never used to dual-wield but I did slightly cheat by holding it two-handed like a rifle and putting my finger over the end to reload faster.
@@tntamusements Hey there I have a question here. I have a small issue with the left corner of my monitor. looks like a kid took a magnet to it at some point. needs to be degaussed. I went through the settings and did find the area whee you can select the colors to degauss but no option to auto degauss. I do not have the key as the owner didn't provide. I am drilling out the locks today to get into the back. Is there an auto degauss button back there by any chance to resolve this issue? The gun tracking wont work in that top left corner. nor will it accept fire from the gun. This would help me greatly as I don't want to have to replace the monitor just for a left corner not working. every other area of the monitor tracks and fires just fine. Thanks TNT! You rock!

I have gone through all the settings and can only get to the color settings that the manual says is for auto degauss... but no way to degauss through settings. Manual says nothing about a degaussing button. Haven't drilled the old locks yet so haven't checked the the inside or back of the monitor. Can you confirm if there is an auto degauss button on these cabs? Thanks!
I have 2 questions, how much is a cojag board and can it modded to run jaguar console games as well? unrelated question: Ive got a lethal enforcers arcade machine and the light guns are a bit dodgy even after running the calibration. are there other compatible guns I could use in their place? I would like to use the ones that have the recoil feedback if thats possible
Also, you should show us Kronn Hunter mode. If you shoot the STAAR guy in the first level three times with three bullets used only, you get to play the game as an alien.
If you go to lancaster pennsylvania the amish make some great pretzels. Area 51 still makes money if it's in a good location like a movie theater or bowling alley.

no. Area 51 came out in 1995. When Nolan Bushnell failed to acquire Atari Games in 1996, Atari Games was sold to WMS industries which lasted until the end of their productions in 2003, when it was known as Midway Games West. Now, like many games that were under the Atari Games brand, they ended up getting acquired by Warner Bros Entertainment.
Lee Bartholomew at least those games that used simple optics for their time were the best way to go, as well as economic. I still remember when Taito's Under Fire came out, and it was way ahead of its time with the use of IR sensors (similar to most games now such as Terminator Salvation, House of the Dead 3 and 4, and Aliens Armageddon), but it was that same technology which kept it from being popular due to how expensive it was.
