- अर्थराइटिस के लक्षण, कारन और इलाज। Osteoarthritis : Symptoms, Causes, & Treatment। हड्डियों में उम्र बढ़ने की वजह से आने वाली तकलीफ जिससे joints में wear & tear होता है इसको arthritis कहते है। इस वीडियो में Dr. Vipin Banugade [ MPT (Ortho) Fellowship in Intensive Care Certificate Course in Ergonomic ] इस विषय के बारे में हमें और विस्तार से समझायेंगे।
Osteoarthritis ये सबसे ज्यादा प्रमाण में पाए जाने वाला आर्थराइटिस का type है। ये पुरुषोंसे ज्यादा महिलाँओमे अधिक पाया जाता है। Osteoporosis सबसे बड़ी वजह है जिसके कारण Osteoarthritis होता है। ये low calcium level से होता है।
Osteoarthritis के Symptoms (arthritis early symptoms) -
Pain in joints
Stiffness in joints
Swelling in joints
ये दर्द धीरे धीरे बढ़ता है जिसके कारण हमें early stage में होने वाला दर्द किसकी वजह से होता है ये समझता नहीं और हम उसको नजरअंदाज कर देते है।
आर्थराइटिस होने के Causes / कारन (causes of arthritis) -
आजकल हमारी lifestyle में बोहत बदलाव आ गए है। जहा पहले लोग physical काम ज्यादा करते थे वो आज mental work करते है, इसकी वजह से हमारी body जितनी करनी चाहिए उतनी फिजिकल activity नहीं करती, repetitive काम अगर हम कर रहे हो या heavy weights से जिम्मिंग कर रहे हो तो भी यह आर्थराइटिस का कारन बन सकता है।आर्थराइटिस ज्यादातर जो हमारे weight bearing joints है जैसे की hip joint , knee joint में पाया जाता है।
Grade 1 आर्थराइटिस - इसमें बोहत कम दर्द होता है जो पेशेंट्स नजरअंदाज कर देते है।
Grade 2 आर्थराइटिस - दर्द हो रहा है ये हमें समझता है यानी दर्द बढ़ जाता है।
Grade 3 आर्थराइटिस - इसमें हमें दर्द उस joint की movement करते समय महसूस होता है।
Grade 4 आर्थराइटिस - इसमें दर्द बोहत ही ज्यादा बढ़ जाता है जो सेहेन करना कठिन होता है, joints में सूजन आ जाती है, चलना फिरना कठिन हो जाता है।
आर्थराइटिस की Treatment / इलाज -
कई बार यह देखा गया है की आर्थराइटिस के पेशेंट्स ग्रेड ४ तक जाने के बाद इलाज करने आते है। आर्थराइटिस इतना बढ़ जाने के बाद उसपर इलाज करना भी मुश्किल हो जाता है। अगर पेशेंट्स शुरू में ही डॉक्टर को consult करते है तो बेहतर इलाज हो सकता है।
Non surgical treatments है जो करने से आर्थराइटिस control में आ सकता है जैसे की lifestyle modifications, physiotherapy,
exercises जिससे जॉइंट्स पर pressure आता है वो कम हो और उनकी काम करने की क्षमता बढ़ जाये।
Surgical treatments - इसमें joint replacement करने से पेशेंट के post treatment जॉइंट की life में बोहत ज्यादा सुधार देखा गया है। इस surgery के बाद extensive rehabilitation भी बोहत ज्यादा जरुरी है।

Very useful info 👍. Can you suggest me something? My mother is 75+ yrs old. She is very active & indulges in many activities throughout the day. Recently she is having pain & some swelling in some of her hand fingers, sometimes on wrist, sometimes on elbow. Pain in one sholder as well. All pain and swellings come and goes. What kind of arthritis is this? What test can be done to determine?

सर मेरे घुटने हाथ झांघ जहा जहा शरीर में हड्डियों का ज्वाइंट हे वहा से कट कट की आवाज आती हे में जब कोई कार्य करता हु तो जल्दी थक जाता हू कभी कभी कभी मेरे हाथ अचानक से बहुत तेजी से कापने लगते हे शिर भी काप्ता हे और कोई भारी काम करता हु या तेज धूप में खड़े रहता हु तो भी कपते हे
जिससे मेरा दिमाग कोई बि कार्य करने में नही लगता और में अपना पूरा ध्यान इनको कंट्रोल करने में लग जाता हे
कभी कभी मो चलते समय ऐसा लगता हे की कोई मेरे हाथ को रोक रहा है भूख बि ज्यादा लगती हे
